I ordered sicilian oliveoils i june but have not yet received my order. I have tried to contact the company via email several times but whitout success, no response what so ever. As i have already paid for the products it feels really bad that they can’t even respons to my emails!

Ho avuto una brutta esperienza con il servizio.
Le risposte via email sono state incoerenti e molto lente. Devo inviare diverse email per ottenere una risposta.
Il sito web pubblicizzava gli articoli in magazzino, ma in seguito mi è stato detto che non era così.
Sono stati concordati articoli sostitutivi, ma non sono stati inviati, nonostante l'ordine sia stato spedito 10 giorni dopo la scelta della sostituzione. Né è stato emesso un rimborso al momento di questa recensione. L'ordine è arrivato 15 giorni dopo il pagamento, il che è molto lento.

Mi è stato emesso un rimborso per gli articoli mancanti 2 giorni dopo aver scritto la mia prima recensione.
Vorrei sottolineare che in nessun momento ho scelto un rimborso o sono stato informato di aver ricevuto un rimborso nei 15 giorni necessari all'arrivo dell'ordine dopo aver effettuato il pagamento.

L'esperienza è da 2 stelle, ma ne ho date 3 perché i prodotti Molino Ferrara erano di buona qualità.

I had a bad experience with the service.
Email responses were inconsistent and very slow. I have to send several emails to get a response.
The website advertised the items in stock but I was later told that this was not the case.
Replacement items were agreed but have not been sent even thou the order was shipped 10 days after the replacement was chosen. Nor has a refund been issued by the time of this review. The order arrived 15 days after payment, which is very slow.

Edit:
I was issued a refund for the missing items 2 days after writing my first review.
I would like to note that at no point in time have I chosen a refund or have been notified about getting a refund in the 15 days it took the order to arrive after the payment was done.

The experience is 2 stars but I gave them 3 since the Molino Ferrara items were of good quality.

I can only confirm what was written by many others: This is a horrible, abusive seller. They advertise products that they don't have available. I waited weeks for an explanation to the delay, there was ZERO communication from their side.

It was simple to order and pay - all without any trouble.
The delivery cost was harmless for the long way from Sizilia to Germany and the package come on complete - no scratch, no miss anything - it was a perfectly deal !

Ordered 5 L Sicilian olive oil on April 15. It took a while for the company to notify me they were out of stock but asked me if they could send me a different variety or if i was prepared to wait. Soon after I got the oil which is absolutely delicious. I am giving 4 stars as it took them 4 weeks to notify me they were out of stock.

Great product great service

The wine on offer was not available. Only one instead of six bottles could be delivered. This was disappointing.
Positive was the fast response and the offer for an alternative (even if not white) of the same producer including a small discount

Every massage is in Italien, so I don't understand a bit of it. IT would bei very helfpul to at least receive them in english.

It took me a while to get my order shipped - multiple emails and phone calls. At one point I almost gave up and didn't expect it to come anymore. But after putting a lot of pressure they finally shipped it. It took them almost a month. But I am happy with the products that I ordered. A recommendation to improve your customer service and communication and shipment procedure

Bottles were not correctly packed, no box, just plastic, so, one bottle broken.
On top of that, one of the bottles (the broken one) did not correspond to the order.
After a lot of mails and phone calls, still no answer from them !
So AVOID THIS SHOP !!

I had ordered abroad and had a problem with my country’s transportation system. They have updated me along the way and solved the problem as soon as possible. Immediate reply for my questions also.

Perfect service and easy payment possibilities.
The order was delivered inbetween the 2 weeks.

Everything was totally fine.

Delivery never arrived and you are not answering mails and not provided package trac code. Where is my purchase???

I have ordered once before fron their site and i trust them! Works well!
