Today; I called the call centre in response to having received overdue notices re: routine payment re: which I have auto pay through my credit card.
I spoke with staff person, Yishoda!
She provided outstanding service ! She reassured me from the outset, researched my payment history and confirmed that my auto payments through credit card are made routinely.
She indicated that their processing this month’s payment may have been delayed due to the holidays.
She stated she would as the store to call me tomorrow to reconfirm.
Yishoda was friendly, informative and patient. She clearly places a high premium on providing impeccable customer service and has a natural skill for putting g customer satisfaction as the highest priority.
Please share this review with Yishoda as she deserves to hear how her exemplary service put this customer’s concerns to rest. Thank you.

Towkir, the Assistant Manger at Yonge Steeles office is awesome. He is quick at responding to my questions and is very helpful!

To say that I was more than pleased with my experience with the staff and facilities at Access Storage in Uxbridge,would be an understatement. Pearce,the staff member who assisted me,could not have been more pleasant and accommodating even if he were the CEO of Access.A very nice change in this world of impersonal non-service.Facility is top notch,extremely well maintained and accessible 24/7.

We have been with Access Storage Bolton for the last
2 1/2 years and have had no issues. How ever last week one of our ex employees gained access to our lockers and removed some of our contents. Julia & Urmila went over and above to help us to rectify the situation. Kudos to these girls for their exceptional service and for caring. Thank you PPS Deb & Michele

A well maintained facility, very clean, well lit with movement sensors. The massive 2 story drive in bays are really convenient and have glass garage doors, with several entrance and exits all requiring your passcode, provide extra security. N

I've been a customer for 3 years at the Duncan Mills Rd location and Natasha has been very helpful when I need assistance. I've downsized my unit as needed and I have no concerns about continuing to use this facility.

I recently had to store my belongings at Bolton Access Storage. Sonja was extremely helpful and a very pleasant person. The building is very clean and feels safe. I recommend Access Storage to my friends and family. Excellent experience!

We have recently rented at 4590 Dufferin street (Dufferin and Finch), The manager Kumaran at the location was very helpful and provided us with very good service. He found us an affordable unit and we were happy with the service provided.

Access Self Storage - avoid like the plague.This is the worst experience I have ever had . A crap company. Stay away from this business

I have been with Access Storage for about a year and a half at the Duncan Mill location. The staff there are incredibly helpful and accommodating to my adjusting business needs. The building is clean and safe. It doesn't feel like your typical storage facility. Thank you for all your support!

The staff at this location goes above and beyond to ensure that you have everything you need to safely pack up and move your belongings. Their suggestions were super helpful and their level of professionalism is top-notch. They were so kind and helpful, even assisting me to carry the boxes to my car. If you're in need of moving supplies and need help deciding what supplies would be most helpful, go to Access Storage on Wayne Gretzky Pkwy in Brantford for exemplary service.

The staff at Access Storage are the most polite and helpful people you could hope for!

I have a climate controlled unit at Access Storage at Archibald in Winnipeg and facility was very clean. Location is easily accessible.
Shout out to Maggie Bray for being so helpful with my questions. She went way beyond to assist me with my concerns.

The staff at the Bongard location are fantastic. Giovanna goes above and beyond at every opportunity. As a local mover I have used all the facilities in the ottawa region and they are by far the best. I highly recommend them.

I stored my personal items after leaving a domestic relationship with 3 of my young children in April 2022. 2 days later the negligence of my ex spouse has caused a tragic house fire losing everything we owned in renfrew. The last bit of personal and sentimental items we had left were stored at access 17 storage. I finally went in November 5th 2022 to gather some belongings and the smell of MOLD almost knocked me out. I started to remove some items out to find the source. My $7000 leather couches, $3000 worth of mattress, box springs, carpets, as well as $3000 worth of misscilanious were all covered in mold. And I mean COVERED. I emailed the property with photos and videos and simply requested to be reimbursed for the 6 months of storage fees. They had no sympathy and quote on quote " these units are not humidity c9ntrolled. In rainy conditions, the units will hold moisture. It's the same as storing your items packed tight in a garage. We do not have insurance to cover your items. "
When I asked for my money back they offered me my $50 deposit back if I removed the items covered in mold out of their facility.
GET INSURANCE, or rent an indoor storage unit such as diamond or anything like that. Learn from my experience

Khush and Jason were very helpful, patient, and accommodating - despite being very busy! Although there was a hiccup in our communication Khush resolved it as soon as he could. We have talked on numerous occasions, and each interaction has been positive, right from the initial phone booking. I highly recommend Access Storage, particularly the one on Eastern Ave.

Since Access Storage took over the Port Perry location my rates increased twice in 6 months and I now pay $55 more per month than I did in May 2022. Wow. And the e-mail they sent said this was a 'nominal' increase. Extremely disappointing. Unfortunately there are few other options as they seem to be buying up everything.
