I have been shopping with Accessories by Hazel for the past 5 years. She is a friendly and bubbly person. Her bags, perfumes, air fresheners and other items I have purchased from her are always on point. Her prices are also affordable, I would recommend her 100%. Absolutely love this bag. Excellent quality for the price. It looks absolutely stunning. It's so heavy and well made. It arrived really quickly too. I've bought jewellery and scarves which I was happy with but this is the first bag from this lovely lady, and I'll definitely be buying more, thankyou.

I ordered an umbrella which sadly was damaged but I must say the customer service once it was established it must have been damaged in transit was fantastic and replacement sent and received the next day.. fully satisfied with great service.. but maybe look at your packaging when sending out x
