Replacement remote never recieved

Replacement remote ordered, payment taken but no confirmation mail and no remote ever arrived. If you try to track your order or contact them you get absolutely no where and sent down a million rabbit holes. They make it impossible to be held to account.

There are loads of the same stories on here and other forums - SKY are taking people's money and they are so big no one can do anything about it.

Ordered sky remote did not receive…

Ordered sky remote did not receive email confirmation, no information on delivery. Remote was not delivered. Called sky..."oh i cant see any evidence of this being ordered" except the money was taken out my bank account instantly. So paid sky £15.99 for no reason. Zero stars.

It would get zero if I could

It would get zero if I could, paid for 'Next Day delivery' and not there after 3 days. No way of calling to speak to anyone, no response to emails.

Don't bother, complete jokers

Ordered 2, received one. No contact at all.
Twitter "help" declined to help. The contact form they have not responded to two attempts to contact them other than the generic message that they will respond.

Terrible service ordered tv when we took out sky q tv was damaged screen cracked can see anything this was back in June still trying to get them to change it, no tv total nightmare no direct phone number just different emails asking fe security questions every 2nd day come on sky get it together & get this sorted out for me

Awful awful customer service

Awful awful customer service. Sent item to wrong address, couldn’t arrange refund or redelivery for a requested period in the future. No phone number contact at all, just generic people replying to emails with no thought or effort to look into the email trail. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - SKY YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED

Stay Away from These Crooks

Stay away from these crooks. Ordered from Sky Accessories on Jan 7th 2018. They sent me half of the order and did not send the other half. Today Feb 3rd 2018 and still no sign of the order, nor a refund been offered. Just lies, and lies and more lies. Daylight robbery!

They don't even have a phone to call them on, they're clearly hiding behind the monitors!

Seriously, stay away from these guys, they are crooks and you will regret it if you order from them!

Total nightmare!

I purchased a Samsung 32 inch TV during cyber monday from the accessories section of the Sky site. The TV was listed for a great price and I had a voucher shared with me via facebook so i thought lets go for it, Now I wish I hadn't bothered. Sky took my money and despite showing me the confirmation page, never sent me an email to confirm my order or a despatch email. So i contacted Sky support online to see if they could tell me anything, i gave them my order number from a screenshot i took at checkout. They couldn't help. In fact they told me the order didn't exist! I waited 4 days for my item or some kind of communication, it never arrived, After waiting another day or so I decided to call them up as I wasn't getting anywhere with their email support.. I spent literally an hour and a half being transferred from department to department to department. No one and I mean no one knew what to do. I was told they didn't have a department for these types of orders.. Eventually one member of staff from sky.com gave me the contact details for the company responsible for despatching these orders, a third party. He gave me their phone number, even their address. He was a lovely man, I generally could tell he cared unlike all the others who happily gave me the ring around. He could sense how stressed out this was making me. How does a tv order just vanish? Its not a small order. I even phoned the company and they refused to help me though they did try to look up my order via the number provided and couldn't find a match. I was then told I had to go through sky and do it that way. Nearly two hours of my time wasted. The next day I contacted sky accessories again via their email which i managed to find on another complaints forum. They don't have a telephone support line for these but they do have an email. It took mutliple emails to get anywhere with them, they are just as bad as sky phone support. Its like talking to a brick wall. The customer service reps kept making me repeat the same thing over and over again it was incredibly frustrating. I demanded a refund, showing proof of my order. A few days later I recieved an email from them confirming my refund which was gone "since I hadn't recieved my order". Turns out my order did exist after all. Thank god. Where the TV went I don't know.. I do know that someone else on the facebook group who ordered the same tv also never recieved hers but she did recieve a despatch email though it never arrived. She was eventually refunded but had the hassle of going through support like me to get anywhere. The moral of the story is this: If I hadn't screenshotted the order I wouldn't have had any proof of what I ordered. Its awful that a huge company like sky has such bad customer service. I would have thought they would have given me a proper apology or a good will gesture to make up for the hassle I had with it but obviously no one there cares. I am just grateful that I got my money back.
