If you get awarded a disability grant avoid this company like the plague.
Their quote makes it feel like they do not care for your disabilities and just interested in winning the quote, they don't want to skim all the walls before putting up Aquaboard, they want to supply different products to what has already been agreed, tried for size and best for my disability, which they have decided without even discussing my disability to know why I need that particualr toilet. They say my concrete floor has a floorboard missing which is actually the door threshold, there is a gap under the plastic door step. They should know this is the threshold not a floorboard. I hope I do not get forced to use them
