🚨 Not recommended

🚨 Not recommended – attention required. 🚨

Access Medical Suites acknowledged cancelling an invoice, yet still processed a charge of $1.5k+. We were then assured in writing that a refund would be issued, but it was never processed.

Despite repeated follow-ups by email and phone over several weeks, there has been no response or resolution. Mistakes happen, but failure to refund an acknowledged incorrect charge, combined with complete silence, is very concerning and reflects a lack of accountability and poor billing practices.

We would advise others to exercise high caution and closely monitor billing and refunds when dealing with this provider.
