Looked at the reviews for the garage door as required an approved one. Found access & security systems online who sold and installed the make of door. They have been professional and efficient in all dealings with them from surveying the property and installation. After sales has been excellent as well when I have spoken with the office.

The product is perfect and is exactly what we required.

An excellent service from start to finish - Leanne responded to our initial enquiries promptly and fully. A very proactive approach from the company saw us in a Covid-safe way visiting the showroom with Peter providing a comprehensive overview of the product, enabling us to make a knowledge based decision with great confidence. Great communication after placing the order, we installed the roller door, if needed we could contact the company for advice during this process, but it was pretty straight forward. We would highly recommend Access & Security Systems Ltd. We are thrilled with the new door - automation, security and aesthetically pleasing

Needed a new garage door cone and cables- Work was completed in good time and very clean working. Very good with the current safe working under Covid regulations. Cost quoted was final cost.

My inquiry regarding having decorative retractable grilles was handled very efficiently & in a friendly manner by Manager Lynn. I was contacted promptly by engineer Gerry who visited the following day. Gerry measured up spending over an hour on the property. Due to the configuration of the windows & back door, he felt the grilles would not be sufficiently visually pleasing in order to be effective. He reassured me that the type of double glazing present made gaining entry very difficult. He went away & discussed the matter with colleagues & then advised me not to go ahead. The bottom line here is that I was prepared to spend over 7 thousand pounds but the company put the interest of the client before profits. Obviously the good name of the company is paramount. The garage door fitters were skilled and professional when fitting the new garage door. Their job was made more demanding due to the removal of an Everest door which had jammed and made it impossible to access the garage with a car locked inside.

From start to finish, I was really happy with service provided and the garage doors installed. Appointment times were kept, Both the surveyor and the fitters turned up when they said they would, showed knowledge, professionalism and courtesy. Price was competitive and process from ordering to fitting quick. Result looks great. I would not hesitate to recommend.
