Cancelled within trial period and still being charged MONTHS after. Company does not answer phone or return messages. Emails are also ignored and not responded to by the company.

DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!!

I have sent emails many times now to their gethelp at accelerlist customer support email address to cancel my subscription. I sent one on Aug 3, another on Sept 2 with no response. They continue to ignore my request to cancel, but have no problem remembering to charge my credit card every month. That’s 3 months I’ve been charged now and have asked for a cancelation... still can't get it to stop charging my card. About to dispute with the credit card company if I don't get a refund today.

The website states that I can email the get help account to cancel... but no one ever gets back to me. I have tried their messenger on Facebook - says this count is NOT monitored. I have tried call - straight to voicemail which are never answered. I have tried the chat in the website - no reply, or you get a reply hours after you've close the chat box and can't get anything accomplished.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

I tried this service 3 times hoping each time they would fix their glaring issues, dealing with support, functionality, and double sales. Support staff gives conflicting information, seems clueless. Each time the profit hunt database never worked and Travis said he would fix it but never did. Basically feels like a scam company.

I wanted to start this off by saying I am a life time member of accelerlist. In the days of doing books to amazon FBA they were great. Recently they have taken a down turn anytime you bring up an issue that is obliviously on their end they will spin it to being your issue. For example, today I had an Item I can list on seller central but not on accelerlist. Customer service rep was no help and blamed the situation on me even after providing proof of being ungated. This is one example to the countless issues I have experienced. Please do not make the same mistake I did and get yourself a decent listing software.

I tried canceling this subscription for many months - it is almost impossible to cancel and you will end up paying them for many months even after you cancel.

Literally worst customer service I have ever experienced. Spent 8..yes 8!!! Hours getting circle jerked by they’re customer services who have literally ZERO idea what they are even doing. Horrible experience do not recommend.

Accelerlist is awful. It's not mobile friendly AT ALL. I cannot navigate anything from mobile. It won't even go beyond one screen. The listing process itself is easy, however it defaults your minimum price to the price you initially list an item at. So anytime you lower a price on Amazon, your inventory goes stranded for falling below your "minimum set price" that you never even set to begin with, Accelerist did. I'm sure they do this because they want you to purchase their repricer software to handle all that for you. I was not happy with anything about this software. Nothing. Everyone raved about it and I've tried several others prior to this one that were WAY better. I only decided to try this one because the cost was much lower. However, I will gladly pay more for something like InventoryLab hands down. The thing that most annoyed me came when I cancelled my service. They cut off all my access the second I cancelled, even though I had already paid for a full month!! This is the first time I've ever seen any company, not just listing software but ANYONE make you sacrifice all of what you already paid for. They did not issue any refunds. They did not warn me I would lose all of the time I was entitled to. They just said F you basically. Small sacrifice to be done with these people. Even signing up was a pain. I had to message someone on chat because it kept saying I needed to input a username and password, which I had been!! They had me try doing it incognito and closing everything out and trying again and nothing worked. So finally they manually entered my username info from their end and it worked. I should have known at that point that this software was going to be full of issues. Don't bother with Accelerlist for listing. Go with InventoryLab!!!!!!

I had to list a ton of books in a rush. I went out of state to help close a bookstore. I've only sold books individually before so listing a ton was new to me. I looked at 4 listing options and decided to try accelerlist. There is definitely a learning curve to navigate the first batch. I was in a time crunch so that added some stress and frustration. But every time I reached out to customer service, they responded within 10 minutes, even in the evening. They helped me every time and I ended up getting 4 big batches listed in a few days.

They don't have brother printers integrated right now, so I had to export stuff to PDF but it's easy enough.

Spoke with Accelerlist in early July 2019 to see if it was compatible with the Zebra printer. I was told they would have a new release the following week and that the Zebra would be no problem. Signed up 8/5 and the set up for the Zebra does not work. Not only does it not work it comes and goes from the website. I have emailed several times in the last 28 hours with only one response. I got an email wanting me to purchase lifetime access for $699. No response at all to my printer issue. Needless to say tech support is important and they apparently don't offer it.

Can’t begin to say good enough things about AccelerList! The best listing software on the market & awesome customer service!

have been using it for 4 months. At first, it was great listing software on the market and save me a lot of time to list on AZ. But recently there were bugs everywhere and I couldn't do anything except waiting for them to fix it. Yes, their price is good, but considering this un-mature product with bugs, I don't think it is fair.

These guys are the best! They are very personable, and pay attention to their customers so well. I consistently see Travis on their Facebook page, answering questions, and getting things done! They really care, which is rare to find. Every time i've had a question, they respond quickly, and genuinely want to help. I feel invested in Accelerlist & will recommend them every time!!!

The only listing software I've ever used for my Amazon business. All the key features that you need. Don't plan on using any other. The service support team is amazing too!

If you're not using Accelerlist, you're slipping big time! I switched over from IL to AL, and let me tell you, not only is it cheaper, but it's way more user-friendly for book sellers. The team is very caring, and the developers are always looking out for your well-being. If others are switching over, you should too!

This is simply the best listing software out there. On top of all the versatility and ease of use it brings, the folks that are constantly developing and improving this tool are top notch. I’ve never seen such an outwardly receptive group of developers. Love this tool!
