The information that the consultant I was dealing with was very informative, not to mention Ann, (consultants name) was so kind on the phone, she was a pleasure to deal with, and when I forgot to send some info. she made the effort to contact me and to kindly remind what I needed to do and answer any questions I still had.

ERC clearly explained the process, what their requirements were, and that they would be paid their (well-earned) percentage after we received our refund. After gathering and submitting all of the information AT needed, we signed the paperwork and left the rest up to them. Not many days later, we received their notification that our refund was being reviewed by the IRS. We must reserve our final comments and review until we have our refund in the bank, which could take weeks or even months, but so far, this has been a very positive process.
