I worked with Mikkei and he was knowledgeable about the process. He was very enthusiastic and easy to talk to, and very responsive to questions. I never had a problem getting in touch with him.

I came into the program w/ with hesitation as my situation had a few moving parts. Ryan Lane has been a blessing and has turned into my financial confidant. We talk strategy, run ideas past each other, and work together to reach my financial goals. I hope to continue to have access to Ryan for as long as I'm in the Program, which will be for a very long time! I'm very happy w/ my All In One Loan, but took more time than expected to get everything setup. The most difficult part of the program is getting all your docs organized and you have to be ready to get uncomfortable for a bit and take the time necessary to get off to a good financial start.

My wife and I recently started the Accelerated Banking program in 2024 we are beyond impressed with the professionalism, expertise and personalized service of our strategist M. Florvilus. From the beginning, our strategist took the time to understand our goals, addressing any questions and what we need to do to achieve it. The best part about the program is having a spreadsheet that can be updated anytime and the availability of the strategist to answer any questions we have. Excited about what the future hold and our upcoming mortgage free life.

So far, our accelerated banking experience has been eye-opening, rewarding, and exciting! We just closed on a HELOC and are on our way toward paying down our debt and then our mortgage! This system is easy to follow and enjoyable so far. We are working with Simon Steele and he has been fantastic to work with and are looking forward to learning more from the Kwak Brothers and Simon. I just wanted to get on here and give a big shout out to Accelerated Banking and especially our advisor Patrick Grimm! He's been a voice of reason and instruction through the whole process of getting set up with a HELOC, with which we'll be able to pay off our mortgage in less than 6 years, as opposed to the 24 years we had left!

Virtually all of our net worth is tied up in our house, and we were looking at "never" being able to retire, due to the big house payment we have. Now we'll be mortgage-free and able to retire at 71 instead of 89!

Debt had piled up during COVID and my father-in-law's very expensive assisted living/memory care costs. Thanks to the epiphany I got from Accelerated Banking about what is possible, and Patrick's calm guidance, we are now debt-free except for our mortgage, have a nice emergency fund should we need it, and can actually see the light at the end of the mortgage tunnel (and no longer think it's probably a train coming to run us down!).

Thanks Kwak Brothers for figuring this out, creating some awesome software, and sharing it with us folks who are too busy trying to stay afloat to figure it out ourselves!

My strategist, Simon, has been working with me for a couple of years. He has helped me immensely to go from not knowing what to do and feeling like I am never going to get out of this mess to where I am currently right now. He has been very easy to get ahold of, he has been patient with me and guided me in the route he believed to be best, explaining everything as we went. Following his guidance, I received approval for my 2nd lien HELOC a week ago! He has been instrumental in my journey to this point. It has been difficult to get here due to financial stability and health issues, but we made it! Thank you so much, Simon, and all the people involved in our success thus far! It was so scary for me at first to put up the money to do this program because any financial mistake would cost my family and I dearly, but I am so glad we chose to go with the Kwak Brothers Accelerated Banking Program. I cannot wait to see what happens next!

I've been watching the company's posts, watching Sam Kwan's videos and chatting with people at Accelerated Banking for over 2 years. I finally decided that this was going to be the best way to payoff our mortgage more quickly and save a ton of interest.

Just finished a very productive and professional review with Simon Steele of Accelerated Banking. I have been a member of the program since July, 2020. Accelerated Banking is a program that offers many different financial resources to help you gain financial freedom from mortgage debt, credit card debt, or many other financial struggles.

Even though I was making great progress and still on track to meeting my goal, I wanted to check in with Simon to talk about the uncertainties in the world’s economy today. Simon satisfied all my concerns and even gave me a hopeful outlook for this upcoming year. Thanks Simon and Accelerated Banking for such a great program.

I am beyond impressed with this company, I researched others and from the very beginning working with Chris Morrow to nail down my budget to actually getting to work with Mikkei (the Strategist). He actually listened to my concerns, and developed a plan to get me started, I am working towards getting my credit score back up to where I want it to be and then applying for a HELOC, its comforting to know that what I thought was a setback, Mikkei, told me that is where he started to, so these guys know because they have been through it already, so impressed and looking forward to crushing my goals and retire comfortably.

So far, so good. I'm finishing my 1st month in the program, and the structure/goal-setting aspect of it has helped us pay off more than $34,000 in debt in one month. That wasn't necessarily the accelerated banking part yet, but rather having a reliable, sincere, and accessible hands-on guide (Ryan) and a process that encouraged my husband and myself to become more of a focused team in looking very closely at our budget vs. income/savings. We're close to beginning the process of "chunking" payments on our mortgage.

What a great program! ALL mortgage lenders should be required to expose borrowers to this concept. I wish I had known about it years ago. I would have saved SO much money! Patrick, my advisor, is very knowledgeable and available even now.

After one year in the program, I’m on track to have my mortgage paid off in about 2 more years. I got off track for a few, but my coach Simon Steele has gone above and beyond to help me pivot to recover my footing. My experience with Accelerated Banking has been excellent. From start to finish, everything went well. I took action on all steps without delay, got my HELOC very quickly, subsequently paid off almost all revolving debts and lines of credit, and have been sticking to the strategy diligently. I am only in the first 1-2 months of using the HELOC as instructed, and so far so good. I am excited by the compounding nature of the process, but this time it's in my favor instead of the mortgage company. For someone who is willing to follow the process and stay on budget, I believe this program can very beneficial.
