Dear customer, may I ask if you are referring to the domestic shipping cost of the orders? This is usually related to the quantity of the goods you ordered. It is paid to the seller. I hope you could understand.
After you place an order and the order is sent by the seller, the domestic logistics generally takes 3-5 days to the designated warehouse of Acbuy, after which the warehouse will complete the work such as quality inspection, take QC photos for you and store the order for you in the warehouse within 24 hours.
You need to submit the order as a package on the warehouse interface, fill in the parcel address, pay the international shipping fee, and the parcel will be delivered to you

They give u a shipping fee then a tracking number but don't ship to u instead to a warehouse.. and they aren't professional with their replies calling u friend this is a business transaction not friends. If I order from your website u give me the complete cost up front and u deliver to me NOT TO A WAREHOUSE then never send me my purchases or say I advise u to accept the items ??? Shein nor temu does that nonsense. Ac buy needs to be shutdown and I demand my $171.71 back immediately! Nothing ac buy can reply changes the fact I demand my money back due to ac buy fraudulent and shady business .. if screenshots were allowed to be uploaded I'd show where it was unprofessionally stated "Taobao seller will not accept ywur return application. Therefore we can not return the products on your behalf. We suggest that you accept the products. Thank you for your understanding and

As an purchase agency platform, when you make a payment for an order, the order cost includes both the domestic shipping fee (i.e., the shipping fee from the seller's location to the designated warehouse of Acbuy) and the cost of the goods. ACBuy is actually legit
ACBuy is actually legit. The site is easy to use, prices are fair, and the agent service is solid. Communication was decent and they handled my order without any major issues. Shipping took a bit (expected with agents), but everything arrived as described and packaged well. Overall, it’s a good option if you know what you’re doing and are patient. I’d use ACBuy again.
