Make it your first stop for replacement parts.
Ordered a replacement power supply for my Pure One Mini radio.
Was best priced on the market,free delivery to my workplace within a couple of days of ordering.
Lead thickness on the power supply was of better quality than the original Pure one.
Very impressed with the service.

Really poor quality product and…
Really poor quality product and customer experience. Was served by a guy in green tracksuit bottoms who was wearing a go pro, think he does vlogging or something who I think is their on a community placement. He didn’t know any of the answers to my questions and sold me the wrong thing.

I had ordered a power adapter for my radio, and misclicked that I wanted a UK one, when I needed an EU one. When I contacted them they said they would send me the EU one right away.
