Recently purchased a new battery for a Bose Speaker

Recently purchased a new battery for a Bose speaker and waited more than a month only to find out it was lost in transit. Contacted the Acadaptervendor and they said that a new one was on the way. Received the new battery weeks later only to find that it is dead and won't charge. Contacted them again they asked for a photo of both batteries to check they are the same but now since then they have never replied to emails. Do not buy from this seller.
