AVOID AVOID AVOID! - they have not got a bloody clue! Talk about high staff turnover, its more like a big wheel at a fun fair - I have had 4 different staff members in 6 months. The staff have poor communication skills, shockingly bad time keeping, as the tutors cannot even turn up to a planned session on time and always blame the traffic. When they do, there is no structure, resources, instruction, don't get me wrong the tutor is lovely, but she is like a candle, light is not always on and melts under pressure!
Go else where, you will be more valued!

I enrolled in May 2022 for an apprenticeship program focused on my NVQ Level 4 in Adult Social Care at Acacia Training, and I am thrilled to share my overwhelmingly positive experience with this institution.

Enrolled on a course with Acacia recently. Unfortunately had some technical difficulties (my laptop's hard drive failed). Emailed both my assigned tutor and the person who enrolled me in the hopes of extending my coursework deadline while I tried to find a replacement or figure out some other solution. I received no reply whatsoever, in spite of their insistence that they were there to help if I needed anything, and no further communication from Acacia. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

ive done my lv2 and lv3 personal training course and best part was trainer mike foster was great guy easy to get on with well since my course is over the marking of papers so dam slow ive gave up wanted a job in personal training if you want to do a course try another company as this one youll wait best part of a year to get certificates so prove you passed as cant get job without them even tho acacia said just add waiting certificates still gyms wont employe you with out them i had been in 4 interviews and cant work till my certificates are submitted so forget this company find somewhere else
