The Abundance website had an "update" some months ago which meant that a lot of useful information is no longer available. I used to be able to see what was On Track / Material Change/ Restructured/ In Default. I've tried, but cannot now find that information summarised anywhere.
When looking for investments, it would be helpful if the term and rates of interest were shown in the thumbnails, rather than having to check each one individually.

Website easy to use - Very clear quick response from Maria when I asked for clarification on ISA status etc
It's easy to invest via Abundance, and they go to great lengths to emphasise the possible risks and that these are understood. The accompanying documentation is comprehensive.
Simple and straightforward investment process
The marketplace is clunky - i'm glad it exists, because that's part of building a believe that these investments are slightly more flexible - but I preferred your previous interface where I could filter by maturity date, or sort by IRR value etc.
Also, If i want to buy several listings, I'd like to be able to click on them all at once. I understand each will require its own emails, but it seems like a lot of extra mouse-clicks to go in and out of the menus.
Overall, what you're doing is terrific, though. It's nice to be able to invest in environmental projects.

I liked the questions I had to answer to make sure I understood the risks of this investment - very clear and helpful, and they minimize the chance of any investor misunderstanding the riskiness.
Investing in Abundance approved projects gives me a good way of making a good return on my money while also also investing in projects that have great ESG credentials.
Good that abundance makes it necessary for an investor to appreciate the risk involved.
Easy to use platform, been using it for years. I love the clear and easy to understand risk warnings, but most of all it enables me to access (and select) real organisations making a genuine impact with the money they raise.
Easy to use platform with good customer service. Happy to invest into Southwark my local council to help them decarbonise.
Abundance investment is a rip off, i invested in 2 companies Celtic Renewables and what is now known as Tandem. Both these investments are currently worthless although they say they are worth £3900, but if you ca sell them they have no value. I have waited for many years ( at least7) to get any return but have received nothing. Abundance does not even operate a recovery team on behalf of investors if the investments they recommend go in default. There maybe some interest paid ( regularly delayed) but the shares cannot be traded not even on an internal market which Abundance not the companies operate.
Do not be conned by their talk of being ethical and edo they are just another bunch of people taking their management fees but offering no protection on the behalf of investors and their due diligence which was the basis of my investment is clearly unreliable. DO NOT INVEST WITH THIS COMPANY

Really simple process. It is fantastic to be able to invest in my county to help address climate change :)
This is a great platform for investing in net zero projects within an ISA. I have been using Abundance for several years and now have a 'portfolio' of 18 companies and councils investments. I have 2 in default, but that's the risk you take (which Abundance make very transparent and why I have <10% of my total investments in Abundance). My reason for not giving it 5* is that it is not easy to move data in and out of the platform (e.g. to analyse marketplace offers)
Money was Declined
In trying to move money via TruPilot it was declined "authorizing-Expired". Never had a problem with this app before, even with NS&I !!
