I ordered a canvas from abstract house and unfortunately it was damaged when I received it. The team were great and sent out a replacement really efficiently. I then ordered a second print and unfortunately it just didn’t fit the space when it arrived and I choose to return it. It cost me £20 to return the item. Just a caution that if you so choose to return an item it can be costly. Sadly this has put me off ordering any further items. Despite this I would say the company is excellent.

I am writing to share my great experience with Abstract House. Firstly, the quality of the prints and the frames are amazing but also I wanted to particularly highlight the very helpful customer service that I received with the team as I needed to exchange my item. They were very helpful and accommodating! I will definitely be buying artwork from Abstract House again.

I ordered a set of three prints which arrived in good time. Overall I was very happy with the quality of the prints, however, two of the oak frames had pretty bad wood grain which made it look like they had been marked.

I enquired with customer services if I could exchange them and they replied within minutes accepting the exchange with no questions asked.

I received the replacements within a week of shipping and the frames were perfect. 10/10 customer service and very good product.

Bought a beautiful canvas picture . Highly recommended this company. Reasonably priced and love I could pay with klarna to spread the cost . Came quickly and packaged carefully . Def will buy again

I've bought three prints from Abstract House and love them all. They're delivered quickly, well packaged so the frames don't get damaged in transit. Will 100% buy from here again.

I recently ordered a poster from this store and I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. The poster is of excellent quality, with vibrant colors and crisp details that truly bring the design to life. It arrived in perfect condition, thanks to the secure packaging.

Apart from the Art Work being better than illustrated on the web and well packaged , there were delivery problems ( no fault of Abstract House ) due to an unlisted post code . Abstract House kept me informed
throughout the delivery process . If only other companies could do the same

Very fast delivery and great quality frame. It is a poster frame and hangs really flat to the wall. Will never buy John Lewis frames again!

I was impressed with how complete the gift set was - it included everything I needed and more, and it was neatly packed for easy gifting.

This was the only place we could find a glass fronted A1 frame and it looks great, thanks. Delivery was very quick

Best customer service received in forever!

So impressed with Abstract House, especially with their customer service. Answered my email immediately, made sure my transaction went through, followed up with me and even corrected my order when I put it through wrong. Order came within 2 days - overall 10/10 experience!

Excellent frames and delivery but just gone back on to order more of what I ordered around a year ago and the prices have absolutely rocketed! £20 more for the same frame in a year is a bit steep and very noticeable.

I had actually previously left a 5* review which I regrettably now have to retract given the abysmal customer service 'policy' on damaged goods. I had previously ordered a painting from Abstract House, and was very pleased with the quality of the product, despite it being delivered in damaged packaging (demonstrated in first image), and actually notified the company at the time of this.
However, the product/canvas I received yesterday arrived damaged, and customer services at Abstract House are affirming this happened in transit, despite the box being intact this time - the rubbing on the front of the print suggests it has been innaproriately packaged, not accounting for the dent. However, as I can see in other reviews they are leaning on these items being 'custom made' and are saying they will only replace the item like for like. Given that the quality of the frame on the second item is not as expected (Katie from customer service kept telling me in a very patronising manner I shouldn't expect it to be the same as a painting, as if I couldn't comprehend the difference) I want a refund, but they are passing on the cost of returning the item to me as a customer; in contravention of the consumer rights act.
I was told on 3 occasions that I was 'welcome' to drop the item off given that I live 45 mins away from the depot, at both the cost of my own time and money; when I pointed out that this option wouldn't be so freely available to someone who lived further away, and that it's the principle that I shouldn't have to pay for returning damaged goods, I was told I wasn't 'being very fair to a small business'. I was also told that the value of the item was 'only £178' when I said I wanted a refund for it, and it was insinuated I was trying to keep hold of the canvas and garner a refund - when I very clearly laid out in my original emailt that I wished to return it.
I'm afraid the attitude of customer service is obstinate and fundamentally flawed, and their own Ts&Cs were even misquoted on 2 occasions. Asking a consumer to place their trust in a brand that will not compensate for what is their error (either in packaging or carrier choice) is wholly unaaceptable. I would assume business insurance would cover the cost of recovery of the faulty item in this instance, but instead they have lost someone who would have been a repeat customer due to the incredibly rude and self-aggrandising manner in which I was dealt with today. Sadly, I do not seem to be the only one who has experienced this supercilious approach judging by other reviews.

Customer service at Abstract house were fantastic, and answered queries prior to us purchasing the piece incredibly quickly. The painting we bought is of incredibly high quality and beautifully mounted - really pleased that we opted for an original in the end.
My only criticism is nothing to do with Abstract house but with the courier (DPD local). They had left the box outside in the rain at the depot, so when it arrived it was completely soaked. Obviously this made us panic that our one of a kind piece was damaged, but thankfully because it was so well packaged it was fine. DPD were totally unapologetic about what could have been a major problem.

I’ve brought quite a few artworks from you and I have been so impressed with the service, very quick delivery and my artwork came very well packed .
The quality of the framing is excellent , my walls have been very much admired

The art quality and customer service are really good and I appreciated the way they managed everything online. I do recommend the Abstract House company.

Delivery was swift and on time. The artwork is exactly what we wanted and the frame quality and glass is beautiful!
