Excellent quality
The shutters are great quality and the customer service is really good too. The only slight issue I had is that there was a mixup with my installation time but they did everything they could to get to me the same day (which they did) and the installation was really quick.
Adam and Carl were efficient and tidy and I’ll be ordering again in the future.

I have just had some shutters fitted by…
I have just had some shutters fitted by this company and have to say that I am very pleased with their service. Communication was excellent throughout the process. The fitters, Adam and his colleague did a first class job of fitting the shutters, especially considering the window reveals in my house are far from square. The shutters themselves are of good quality and look fantastic. I have already recommended Absolute to a friend who will be using them too.
Just one word of caution though. I would recommend that people try to get as much information as possible about the various design choices available before the visit from the guy who does the final detailed measurements. Information such as available slat widths, hinge colour options, styles of mouldings, to name but a few. This might be difficult though as I couldn't find any such information on their website. The reason I say this is because I was a little overwhelmed on the day of the visit by how many decisions needed to be made, quite quickly. It is good to have so much choice, but it felt like I was taking part in a time limited multiple choice exam, which was rather stressful. I was left wondering whether I had made all the right choices, so a little advance knowledge would have helped.
As I said though, I am very pleased with the result and would highly recommend Absolute Shutters.

Good service from ordering to fitting. The fitters turned up on time, the installation went smoothly and without any major issues. The fitters cleaned and tidied up and moved the furniture back. This is the second time we’ve used Absolute Shutters and haven’t been disappointed.
