After trusting this company with my vehicle details, they allowed me to purchase a registration plate that they should have known was incompatible. This isn’t just a small oversight—it’s a glaring failure of their responsibility to their customers.Now, they’re essentially holding my money hostage unless I pay an additional £155 for a refund. Yes, you read that correctly—they’ve turned their own mistake into a financial burden on me. And when I asked for transparency—like how long they’d had the registration listed or why they allowed me to purchase it in the first place—they refused to provide clear answers.In fact, this whole affair is edging into legal drama territory. It feels like a blatant case of negligence on their part, potentially bordering on unfair trading practices. Customers deserve transparency, honesty, and not to be caught in a financial trap because of a company’s own oversight.So, if you’re considering Absolute Reg, be warned: you may find yourself not only jumping through hoops but also facing unexpected costs and evasive responses. This experience has been a financial and emotional drain, and I strongly advise you to look
elsewhere for your registration needs.

Helpful and great experience securing a plate after the initial plate had been sold privately. Sourced for a suitable replacement, and made the required changes regarding payment, and the plates were swiftly dispatched and registered.

The initial transaction went well. However, the number plates that I ordered with Absolute Reg failed to arrive as expected. The original plate was no longer valid. The email I received from Absolute Reg confirming the assignment for the new reg states that I can still drive my vehicle. This is not the case. DVLA clearly state that you cannot drive a vehicle without the correct plates and could result in a fine or worse still my vehicle being seized and crushed. Please check with DVLA before issuing statements like you have done. It's lucky my next door neighbour works for the DVLA and pointed out the mistake. We are due to go on holiday to our caravan in West Wales on Monday 15 June. Hopefully the plates will arrive in the post on Monday morning
