Ed from Absolute Pest Control arrived on time and was very friendly and acted in a very professional manner. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. Ed preformed all tasks quickly. He explained all aspects of the service contract that we had selected and told us to call anytime we had any additional questions. The technician was courteous, thorough, and very helpful. He discovered that my problem was not a squirrel at all, but most probably a mouse. He left valuable information about the company's program to eliminate a mouse problem, which I will surely use!
