I bought the Acquila pendant light. The quality of the product is terribly low and it does not work.
No fitting instructions in the box, it took 3 people and the full day to figure out how to put it together.
It doesn't work, the transformer broken. We looked everywhere (myself and the electrician) to replace it, but we cannot find the small dimensions to hide it inside the ceiling plate.
No G9 light bulbs included, though the product description clearly said that they were included. It costed me and additional £30 to buy G9 bulbs

Ad result, we will ask for a refund as we can only through it away.

Finally we put a negative review in Instagram and rather than responding the company removed the comment.

Avoid avoid!

Real mixed bag for us. Overall we like the lights but there a few things that let them down. For example, the black fittings are supplied with silver metal screws which is such poor attention to detail and make them less attractive. The bulbs supplied are so cold - almost blue - not the most ambient feeling we were hoping for. That said, these are easily replaced which we have.
The other thing that was annoying (but we were aware of this when ordering) is the lead time. It was really nice that they stayed in touch with emails to say that our order was still in progress so we didn’t feel forgotten.

Love the lights and the bulbs that I ordered.

The product looks and feels really good quality.
The items took a longer time for delivery, I’m guessing as they were hand made.initially there was little communication until items were despatched.
Products was fantastic though.

Really lovely product but not sure that it justifies the price tag, now that I have seen it on another website for a much lower price where is was made clear that they were having to ship from the East, which explained the 8 week wait, which was the time I waited for this product to arrive. I choose to order though, so accept that I had choice.

It takes 6 week from point of order, they then email you to say it’s going through quality checks then it’s delivered.
When my light arrived there were marks on both glass shades. There is no phone number to call so you have to send an email. I then waited 5 days before an email came through saying they couldn’t see the problem but if I returned them they would replace them. I ask for a prepaid label as it was a defect only to be told I had to pay out myself and then claim back! Considering they have gone through quality control I am apprehensive about getting good replacements. But we will try. Seriously not impressed with this firm at the moment :(

Lovely, good quality light fittings - worth the price tag. One downside is delivery does take quite a long time but worth the wait.

I ordered the wrong colour lights.
They have contacted me to say no problem return them and change the order.no issues to change. Realised their e mails back to me weren’t received but Charlie very helpful and has said to e mail and he will ring back.

Great service, needed a smaller rod as light was hanging too low for where it was meant for. With an immediate response to my online contact form request of 'no problem at all' a smaller rod was sent out, received next day with no question.

Would highly recommend. Light is great and stunning piece, definitely value for money!

Lights are beautiful but extremely difficult to install and put together unless you are a professional. We thought it was odd there were no instructions
