Our Hermanus Absolute Pets store have a very limited range of dog toys which I see other people on Instagram are talking about.
But the store was able to get the specific toy in for me which was a win.

Heard about the puppy farming so stopped using.

I love absolute dogs but sadly as I live in South Africa where our power is off more than on it's been difficult accessing my badges and Pro Dog Trainer Club now that we have got power again I now can't access my membership and have asked Absolute Dogs to help and again to no avail Please Help as I don't want to lose out or not be able to be part of all this 😞

I have now been with AD for about 18 months and there have been significant changes in my anxious Border Collie. We play the games daily and concentrate on certain concepts that are important for her. As an older farm rescue our training is probably slower than others, but without AD my dog would still be the frightened heap of fur in the corner.

I like the positivity and fun it brings to my personal dog training. There is more to obedience and rally than all those moves . I want my dogs to want to be near me so proximity rules. I find games make my dogs willing to perform for me

i bought two training courses with lifetime access and just a couple of months later I could no longer access my account and have access to the. Super dissapointing, basically I bought something and did not get what promised

Absolute Dogs go above and beyond to try and help. I've been struggling with an order which i hadn't recieved for some time, they have been so helpful and sent out a replacement which came the next day!! Tricks Book here we come!! 🤩🤩🤩

I've been a part of AbsoluteDogs since early 2021. I adopted a nervous mixed breed from Portugal and I was at my wits end with how to help him. I started with Sexier than a squirrel which initially I struggled to use with Ash but over time and consultations and further training and learning on my part I have been able to help bring Ash out of his shell. I feel I now understand his brain more than I did when he first arrived in December 2020. He is by no means now a normal dog but that's fine. He is my dog and I love him to bits. Without AbsoluteDogs and their training I don't know where I would be. The team at AbsoluteDogs is fantastic - always helpful and friendly. I've made some great friends along the way for which I am so grateful. I love the games and the energetic and fun way they are taught. All of the trainers are amazing and supportive and I have nothing but positive words for them.

Absolute Dogs changed my life with their affordable training programmes. Because of them I had the confidence to become a Professional Dog Trainer and start my own successful business. I learn something new everyday. With Absolute Dogs I've learnt so much, and I've helped so many owners that had given up on their dogs. And thanks to AD my training is an on going experience!

I've been using Absolute Dogs for a couple of years to help me train my nervous reactive dog. Their approach has meant that she is much more confident and we have a super relationship. Games, concept training and the supportive community is certainly working for us.

Finding AbsoluteDOGS was like finding a goldmine as life dramatically changed for the better for my dog and me. When my order from the Netherlands had some troubles on the payment page I contacted aD. They stayed in contact with me until the payment was successfull and they were very helpful during the proces. Couldn't be more happy with their service!

If you are thinking of joining Absolute Dogs I highly recommend it. I first came across Absolute Dogs in 2018 when looking for help because I had been told my dog was aggressive. Within a very short time I understood that she was fearful and pessimistic rather than aggressive, and that in itself helped me immensely. Working through a group of short games coupled with being shown that giving her a break from stressful situations was important significantly changed her view of the world. I've continued to use numerous courses and completed their Pro Dog Trainer and GEEK certifications. Since joining I've been impressed with how often the content has been updated and enhanced to incorporate refinements and to broaden the range of breed types.

The group communities are second to none, always supportive, encouraging and willing to share their own experiences. The help desk team are responsive to all questions regardless of whether relating to technical issues or "which course" type questions.

It all adds up to feeling as though I've had a personal dog trainer (and friend) at my shoulder ever since joining in 2018.

The AbsoluteDogs community has thoroughly changed my view on dog training and life. The focus on a positive mindset, and taking information instead of frustrations from training exercises has been a huge help for me personally, but also for my dogs. I’ve noticed how quickly we can correct things that went wrong when we stay positive and just let them work to get it right.
Additionally, the community is stellar. The group you can connect with are always super positive, helpful and truly want you to succeed. Their help desk personnel are efficient and effective. I have had to contact them for missing orders, problems using discount codes, and to get information on which courses would be best for my training struggle and they are always there. They answer quickly and get things taken care of right away. There are other companies that take days or weeks to respond but not AD. I almost always have an answer within 24 hours — including the difficult questions. I cannot recommend AbsoluteDogs enough!

I was walking my dogs today and feeling so proud of them. No pulling, no barking/ lunging, great recall and checking back in with me off lead. We’ve gone from demon dogs to angels thanks to Lauren and her team and best of all we’re there through positive reinforcement methods (games!). Thank you!!!!

Horrible!!! Paid for a class and cant log in. No one will help!

I've been a dedicated fan of Absolute Dogs for many years, having invested in several of their games. However, I found myself a bit overwhelmed by the new Games Club. Thankfully, their customer service truly stands out. Today, I had the privilege of receiving personalized support from Natalie Cox, and it was exceptional.

Natalie patiently listened to the challenges I was facing with my dogs and skillfully demonstrated how the Games Club could enhance our learning and training journey. Her guidance left me feeling significantly more confident.

As someone with cognitive challenges from an incurable autoimmune disease and physical disabilities, I would have been lost without her expertise. Thanks to Natalie, I now have a clear training program to follow. Absolute Dogs' commitment to their customers, especially those with unique needs like mine, is truly commendable.

I've used Absolute Dogs for four years.
Some of the games and courses have been great. I would recommend the Sexier than a Squirrel course as it includes a good variety of training games to play with your dog and its CHEAP, unlike many of their other courses.
There are a LOT of repeated games in the AD different courses. Don't be fooled by the hype/people that tell you that there is a "new angle" or light bulb moment, there isn't.

I've always disliked the "ra-ra-ra" presentation style together with the constant interrupting by Lauren Langman. Each to their own, but I prefer facts and useful information to waffle.
The constant AD upsell using FOMO marketing techniques is *very* wearing.
My experience of AD customer service is that it's often very slow to respond, and the training platform was regularly out of service, due to "squirrels"? I did not find this acceptable in a customer facing business.
Apparently, all their day to day group support is now on a platform that is only accessible if you are a monthly subscriber, rather than on Facebook as previously. Disappointing as the courses I bought implied lifetime access to the course online groups, but at least my FB feed isn't filled with AD fanatics any more.
I'll continue to refer to the courses I've paid for previously (if I'm able to get access to their platform), but definitely won't bother with any new courses or training with AD now that the Vet Behaviourist has left the company, as he provided 99% of the dog training value for me.
