Unresolved Warranty Claim for Faulty Laptop RAM

I purchased the Laptop RAM "16 GB DDR3 1600MHz (2x8GB) - Samsung SODIMM CL11 (PC3-12800)" from ABS Computer Tech (aka. Laptop Plus Computer Shop) in April 2025 via WhatsApp. One of the RAM sticks failed after about a year. The sticker seal on the RAM clearly indicates a 3-year warranty.

I contacted the seller multiple times regarding the warranty claim and replacement via WhatsApp, Facebook, their website's contact form and direct email. They have seen my messages but have deliberately ignored them instead of honoring the warranty and providing a replacement.

Extremely disappointed with the complete lack of after-sales service. Do not buy from them if you expect them to stand behind their warranty. You will get scammed.
