IT IS A SCAMM!!

IT IS A SCAMM!!! They are from India. The good reviews, the majority, as given by fake accounts.
I am Northern European, trust me. They took my money months ago and there is no way I can get the service of the refund. Legally? Sure from Europe to India. Don’t waste your money. Western services are reliable, and western ones only.

To clarify the facts: you purchased a Duolingo English Test voucher code from our platform, and the code was successfully provided and redeemed on Duolingo’s official website. Our service is limited to supplying valid voucher codes. We do not control Duolingo’s testing system, account decisions, or enforcement of their exam integrity policies.

If Duolingo restricted or banned your test attempt, that decision was made solely by Duolingo based on their own rules and review process. Once a voucher has been delivered and redeemed, we are unable to override Duolingo’s decisions or issue a refund for actions taken by the test provider.

We are a legitimate business and do not use fake reviews. Many customers have successfully used our vouchers without any issues.

That said, we genuinely want to help where we can, and we strongly recommend that you contact Duolingo’s support team directly for further assistance regarding your test status.
