Extremely rigid policies

Extremely rigid policies, they do advertise this online but mistakes happen so it’s disappointing they are not flexible. Once an order is placed you cannot make any modifications even if your address is incorrect and you cannot cancel your order. The ownership is on the customer to fix any issues themselves eg. Contact the courier to amend the address. They claim it’s because they get your orders out fast but to me it’s just laziness. They do have good jeans but I would buy from one of the stockists in store. I tried on the same style/size in multiple colours and they all fit quite differently.
