Avoid at all costs!
I have crypto with Abra, I was told to withdraw the crypto from Abra, but my balances showed zero!
I contacted them and they said they fixed the issue but the balance still showed zero so obviously couldn’t withdraw the funds.
They still have the funds and ignore my messages.
Avoid at all costs, I thought they were legit but I now believe them to be a scam.

No complaints from an experienced user.
I've been an Abra customer since inception. I also own shares, as a part of my commitment to good crypto practice. I understand a lot of people have grievances, but feel this is mostly due to ignorance of the way crypto works and over expectation. I have always been paid interest, never had a transaction refused and found the app easy to manage. I've lost money via scams, but never through Abra. They are still here after a huge downturn in business, unlike a lot of competitors. I'd still be a customer, but the UK financial system is a train wreck when it come to anything but banks, so I have to find somewhere else to earn interest on my assets.

When I tried to transfer funds from my wallet, I've had many years I received notification that I needed verification. Abra support was the means to verification after 3 months of attempting to contact them no response was received. Now my wallet is empty. What a bunch of Thieves!!!

Abra is a scam. Was told in email that assets that were no longer going to be supported would be converted to bitcoin. It was not and was told I lost everything. Should have known with their bs policy of buying cash and not being able to sell for 60 days.

Investing money in their CPRX token was a mistake
Invested money in their CPRX token. It wasn't much, but it was a substantial amount considering my income. They locked the token for trading for more than a year. In the end I was not able to withdraw it to a new wallet due to their minimum withdrawal policy + network fee. I tried to contact support to ask if there was anyway I can pay for the remainder of the network fee which wasn't much at all but they ignored that question and again informed me about their minimum requirement policy. I asked them to clarify and they said if I didn't meet the minimum that the funds were considered lost. Rug pull!

Tokens held for over a year and counting
So this is only about $16 but it's my money that I have not been able to have access to in over a year. I don't have over 200k in assets to verify to be able to even gain interest on the $16 dollars worth of CPRX I own. Contacted customer service and they said I could send the CPRX through Decentralize, but I have to have 20k tokens of CPRX to do so. I have around 1150 tokens. So I have been forced to hold these coins, and I'm not rich enough to put them in the interest building wallet, and I am expected to buy more to be able to transfer out of Abra. That's classic scam right out if the book. If I can't use your site as ibdid upon sign up, and gain interest on your token. The very reason I signed up and invested the small amount thank God was for that reason. It worked great until you made a 200k verified rule and now expect me to trust you with more money or leave it sit uselessly in the trading wallet. Yeah I'm upset! Glad it wasn't thousands like some have lost, but its still mine and I think you are probably breaking regulations somewhere. I hope I save someone the trouble woth a larger amount or small. Give me my money please.

I lost 6k that I put in the savings…
I lost 6k that I put in the savings interest accruing account. I bought a new phone and was never able to log in to my account again. I never wrote down the 13 word password and that is the only way to get my money back even though they have my social security, bank information etc

I made a crypto transfer but it isn't showing in my wallet, made number of attempts to try and get help via chat option, the bot says would you like to talk to someone but always the reply is no one is available. Very disappointing and losing confidence.

Scam alert! I sent BTC to the deposit address listed on the app and it never arrived. Customer service told me that the minimum amount that you can send is 0.4 BTC or it is lost. Unbelievable.

Worst app/platform. Issued cprx token with no solid plan. Cannot exchange some token (Eg. Cprx) from them because they're dependent on external exchange. CS is so bad too. I will never use their crappy services again.
