I for a long time could not find my recovery phrase and my phone got stolen. Bought some bitcoin on abra years ago and finally remembered where I had put it, inside my title documents for my house. Tried to recover my wallet which is now worth tens of thousands and it didn't work. Contacted customer service and when I explained this, they stopped responding. Perhaps they changed the "13 word phrase" since inception but I certainly did not write it down incorrectly and it is definitely my recovery phrase (why would a random piece of paper with 9 meaningless words be hidden inside my title documents and that I remembered to look there?) now even with my recovery phrase, i can't access my wallet and my funds are gone forever. Scam.

I opened the account two weeks ago and it still shows pending verification the only thing is available is to transfer money with credit card which charges 7% fees on top of your trading fees.
I contacted customer service many times and other than “we will let you you know once the issue gets solved” no explanation or support.
I would suggest beware that with this app you are on your own if something happens chances are you’ll have to go through a painful journey to solve any issues.

There support was a ghost no one help you if you have a problem ,
I email them 30 times and a auto reply bot always sending me a same reply to my problem every time i withdraw there was a pop up said " opps unexpected error"
And they said i need to synchronized my account to blockchain , and i did it then nothing happened and the support gone again , very frustrating experience i recommend not to use this app

Today is April 22,2021, still no response after several emails sent to them after April 14.
what's bad about this is they have proof that the $2000 apprarently deposited to my account based on the paperwork they have on my ABRA wallet but never hit my account or I never received. what to do?
I hate it when no one is emailing back after April 14th communication. this is the second time it happened to me the 1st was a bitcoin deposit and now this. they cannot be trusted I'm sorry to say.

I really like this app. Seems very easy to use, not complicated. It is also recoverable, as I had to do it when I lost my phone. The recovery worked perfectly. Trading between supported cryptos is extremely quick and easy.

I have CASH-IN in my crypto wallet last Sunday (April18, 2021) in the amount of Php.5,000.00 because coins that time were dropping significantly & its good opportunity for a bargain hunter like me. I've been using this facility for several times already & I got no problem until last Sunday I committed a huge mistake. I inputted the wrong account number( just one #) upon checking it and i'm still in the store. I immediately informed the cashier that I made a mistake & told him if the said transaction can be cancelled and I would perform another one. The store in-charge declined since my payment were already confirmed. What he did is he told me to wait a few minutes for he will report the incident via email in their head office.When done, I go home & emailed as well the company of what had happened. Right then I got a computer generated reply that they will look the matters in 2-3 working days due to he heavy emails they received. The following day I have checked the store I transacted with & they said they are just a third party & it was already reported which I fully understand. I constantly checked my email add for a reply on my report but until now Wed, April 21 10:51am I have not got any update from them. Its been almost 4 days now since the incidence happened.
Though I remained patient & calm on what had happened but I couldn't help think that they could immediately noticed it since the customer name & account number are not of the same. They should cancelled it immediately . Can't their system detect it right-away? And this platform normally credited our deposits/cash-ins the following day or 12 hours more or less gap time. And I presumed that they do the verification already if it is indeed correct or not, since mistakes & errors do happens.
I hope the company would find a better system soon that will detect immediately erroneous entry from their customer in order to avoid longer waiting period for the dispute to settle & refund will be given. Thank you very much.

Abra has proven their customer concern. A recent delay in interest payments and deposits were addressed the next day via email notification. This company is growing very quickly, and I'm sure the growing pains will ultimately be resolved by their team's conscientiousness.

garbage company and so is their garbage payment processor. they sent me an email asking if i received the bitcoin. well obviously if they were legit they would know i did, cause the sent it to me.. beware the scammers!

I deposited money from my bank account April, 2017. The transaction shows pending to this day. December 2020 I contacted Abra about it. They told me to restore my account. I did, several times, but it didn't change anything. They said they escalated the problem to their bankers. Here it's April 2021 and I finally got an answer. There was an error in the deposit and it wasn't withdrawn from my bank account after all. MY MISTAKE! I feel really foolish. However, I have had another problem getting their Prime trust verification authorized, so I can't make any withdrawals ... I've contacted them several times about this. It's been more than two weeks since I applied. They say it's been escalated. Bottom line, apparently this company is short staffed. How long will I have to wait for help on this? I will update this review, hopefully soon...
3rd and Final update. Mid-May 2021, I was finally able to get my account verified though their Prime Trust banking system. You must have a verifiable physical address with a bank statement or utility bill using the same address. That's a problem if you live in a remote area off grid with mail delivered only to a PO BOX. Of course, now you have to go through all these hoops before you can start doing business with Abra. But for those of us who have had an account for a long time, it can be challenging. Just FYI. Thanks Trust Pilot. I think you helped me to get help from Abra!

The reason for 4 stars is that there is always a large minimum withdrawal and I like sending small amounts of crypto. Plus the fees are high. Other than that the app is great for investments

Trying to get my bank account synced to my account took an inordinate amount of time and I could never get anyone to respond to my inquiries by email. I lot the ability to add more funds to my crypto account due to the over a 5week delay ! Never did get an expalanation from anyone at Abra. Sad.
