Excellent two day course, Zoe and Robin are both very friendly and teach the course with humour! We learnt lots.

Second time doing the course with the team. It was excellent and I could recommend it to any newbies or people who need a top up of their skills.

The course is excellent very well presented and informative. There is clear and precise instructions which was fun. The course ran for a day which was about right. A good experience.

Early that morning I was not super keen to attend a course, however once we got into it and everyone started to contribute it became enjoyable and we all interacted well. Instructor was very knowledgable and helped to make it feel fun. Thank you.

I have just attended my paediatric first aid training and zoe who was the instructor was fantastic she made the learning fun and never judged anyone on questions asked. She gave alot of praise and encouragement to everyone throughout the day. Thank you Zoe for an enjoyable day.

Very understanding and enjoyable

Zoe came to give us the first aid training course and I have never met such a lovely lady. She made us feel at ease and comfortable. Nothing was too much for her with all the questions we had and I now feel confident I can provide first aid if and when needed.

Zoe came to our work place to deliver First Aid Training to myself and 4 colleagues. The training was very engaging and informative, she kept it really fun and we all came away feeling much more confident in our First Aid skills

Zoe came to deliver a 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work course for 11 volunteers in our setting. From our first contact over the phone she was friendly, knowledgeable and keen to help us find the right training for our charity. On the training day she delivered the content in her confident, informative but friendly style. It was exactly what we needed. As a group we were engaged with the content and she really made the training fun and not a chore. The training also offered outstanding value for money. Feedback from all of our volunteers has been excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to other local charities, and we will definitely be booking with her again in the future.

Zoe has a great knowledge of first aid and her way of presenting the course is the best yet. Simple but unbelievably effective. Would highly recommend!

Zoe was a superb trainer. I do quite a lot of professional training and Zoe’s ability to balance pace with group engagement without overloading everyone is among the best I’ve seen. Her knowledge and enthusiasm were also very impressive.
