Still haven’t received an order which was due to be sent next day delivery, ordered on the 18th July. Zero update from customer services other than a generic email saying items will be sent by Wednesday. It’s now Saturday and nothing has arrived. Genuinely poor customer service and non-guarantee of products being delivered. A company who I would have always recommended now clearly dealing with beyond their ability.

I received outstanding customer service…
I received outstanding customer service from Millie. I had ordered the trousers in size large that seemed to be much larger than the previous pair in another color I had ordered before. It turned out there was quite a difference. Millie worked with me to ensure that I could return the product and re-order another pair. Before shipping, the customer service team verified the size of the pants and now I have a second pair in a different color way. I really appreciate how they went the extra mile to ensure a happy customer stayed that way.
Amazing service
Amazing service, my son hasn't stopped talking about the shirts, I had to get him some for his birthday. Customer service agents were very helpful throughout, gave great advice and helped through the tracking process. 10/10 thank you!!!
The worst customer experience ever
I really don’t like writing review like this, but unfortunately my experience with this brand is always a bad one.
First item I have received was damage.
Second order I partially returned and they claimed I returned it in bad condition, but after a couple of emails it turns out it was someone else’s return.
They promised me a free shipping, but they never returned a found for this.
And this time I am waiting for my order a month now, even though items are available at store.
They’re creating themselves as premium brand, but unfortunately customer care is far from being premium.

Another two weeks later, after multiple emails - literally nothing has changed. No money, no product, and still very poor communication. The worst experience I ever had.

The package was resent to me, and despite the duties being paid during the checkout process and their terms and conditions stating that no additional costs would be added, with the final price paid, I had to pay for everything due to customs fees if I wanted to receive my order.
They made errors with the declared value, sent the wrong invoice to customs, and now the delivery is stuck again.
The level of incompetence is truly dramatic.

I have never received my order and after 2 months, they refund me 15(fifteen)% of what I paid.
I really advise you to think twice before purchasing anything from them.

Order not received
Ordered on the 24/11/23 ahead of Christmas as the order was a Christmas present and still has not arrived 5 weeks later. Customer service is appalling as I have emailed them multiply times and waited days for a response and when they did respond they offered no help. Contacted the courier that they use and they will not respond either. order was worth over 150euro and no sign of the product or my money back. Will not be ordering again.

I ordered from About Blank during their Black Friday sale. Was really excited to try out this brand, but unfortunately it’s been a full month since I ordered and I’m still yet to receive my order, with no resolution in sight. Paid $39 for shipping (which is far more expensive than what I’ve paid with other shipping providers such as DHL, and DHL delivers from Europe to Australia in 3-4 days, even delivering over weekends). The order was shipped and I began receiving tracking updates quickly, however after a week or so the tracking updates stopped coming. I’ve now emailed both About Blank and the courier multiple times, and called the courier directly to try and figure out where the package is, and both have promised to follow up the order and come back to me but simply haven’t done so.
No idea of whether I’ll actually receive my order or if I can get a refund, have now emailed About Blank asking them to resend the order via express post with a different provider and am waiting on a reply. Pretty rubbish experience overall, wouldn’t recommend.

Customer experience is a nightmare
Great looking product, but the customer experience through the buyer journey is a nightmare. Product (pants )is display at 117euros during black friday and when you arrive at the checkout your have +15euros for shipping (i work in one of the biggest 3PL in europe so let me tell you that this shipping cost is a joke) and on top of that you have a 30 euros duties to pay. the pill is too hard to swallow, but it's also unjustified. I would be curious to know your conversion rate during this period... I'd like to be one of your new customers, but you're not doing anything about it.
