Very intransparent handover/Return charges (totally unfair)
I had a very bad experience with the Abodeinauto. I took the car from them for a short term.
In nutshell, my experience was NOT professional at all. There was absolutely no transparent documentation on the handover or return.
Expect a lot of unfair expenses during return. In general old cars and you will be responsible to make up prices for reconditioning of the car for making them up to the sale.
Customers are treated as Guinea pigs :(

The handover process got change because we wanted to improve the customer journey and the documentation. Therefore, our handover service got an upgrade to another company.
Because of a better documentation and fixed process the return process will be smooth from now on. For the future we can only advise to track every damage which happens during the abo and to text us, so we can help you.
