I work with Louise and Elizabeth at Abode to arrange all of my tenancy agreements and to find me new tenants when needed .
They are the only company that I will ever use due to how professional they are .
They also really know the local market

Louise was the person who booked my viewing and met me for viewing. She very good customer service skills, she took the time to ask me house hunting reasons and was very polite while speaking. She was very good from start to finish in helping after I was accepted by the landlord. She provided shift responses and offered quick moving in date, she was excellent.overall excellent services and therefore 5 stars from me.

As a buyer Abode have been great. The great communication and speedy responses helped the process move along quicker. All the staff I had contact with were extremely helpful and friendly.

Avoid this estate agents they are conditional sellers only.

This estate agents are only interested in controlling the sale for anyone taking an in house mortgage. We made an offer on s property and were advised that our offer was the highest offer however when I informed them that we already had a mortgage provided. 5 minutes later we received a phone call from the estate agents to say the ‘vendor’ had decided to go with someone else.

This made no sense to us as we were informed we were the highest offer and first time buyers.

It was advised that the ‘vendor’ wanted the sale to be kept in house. I don’t know how this would be of any benefit to the ‘vendor’ by losing out on the highest offer.

We had little to no contact with the estate agents as every time we’d tried to contact them their mortgage advisor would pick up the phone. The mortgage advisor massively tried to take advantage of the fact we were first time buyers, breaching regulations.

Avoid at all costs for both buyers and seller.

Abode Allerton Road were just superb, we had been with two other estate agents on Allerton Road for the 12 weeks that you initially market your house with them and both were abysmal barely sending anybody out to view.
Abode however were amazing as soon as it was marketed we had a steady stream of people viewing and lots of interest so we knew they were excellent.They kept us updated with emails and phone calls and were always helpful, we pretty much sold the house within a few months of being signed with them. Lynn, Amanda, Rachel and Ann were all fabulous ladies and helped us immensely and we want to say a big thank you to you all for your efforts, professionalism and kindness during the process. If you want to sell your house quickly go with the best and that is Abode Allerton.
