The worst most expensive experience in the past 2 decades!!! A Maryland/Silverspring home owner should be brought to justice over her listing, communication, and lack of support. Please do not make a reservation with Airnb!!! Think and read all the fine print.....
I’ve always been massive advocate of ABNB but recently I booked a property in Paris and the day after the booking I read the most horrendous scathing review that included the property being filthy, bed bugs , trash , urine on toilet , pubic hair etc and being threatened when I tried to cancel by the owner
I paid a £300 which I then lost I tried to explain I didn’t feel safe going to this property as it was so dirty (I know ABNB paid back the person who wrote the review as it said so in the review) ABNB tried to help and after spending all day trying to resolve the issue I was offered a £100 coupon - since then the property has been rebooked yet I’ve still not had my deposit back 😞 this was for our 10yr anniversary and is a lot of money for us to loose I would still like my money back . Thanks
