Tried booking an engineer over a month ago to fix my 2nd hand mobility scooter. Was told I'd be contacted in a few days. Then when I phoned a week later was told one of the engineers was on holiday. Tried 3 weeks later and was punted to another branch where the rather unhelpful lady said they couldn't fix it because they didn't have the parts. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.
