Great experience working with Tom Bourne who helped secure me a great role.

I had the pleasure of working closely with Thomas Bourne at Abika Consulting, and he was absolutely brilliant!

Tom really took the time to understand what I was looking for in my next opportunity and only presented roles that truly aligned with my goals. Throughout the entire interview process, he was communicative, supportive, and helped me prepare effectively to set me up for success.

When Abika first approached me for a role I was impressed with their professionalism. From their first email and call it was clear they understood the role requirements and communicated them well.
Once we all agreed it was the right fit, they set a quick series of steps in action, proactively chasing up with the employer on my behalf, offering relevant info and support, and following up with me at the time they said they would - not a moment too late, or for a minute too long either.

Working with Tom Bourne and Tom Woodford was pleasant because they're not only brilliant at their job, they're also just great people all around. Hiring can feel stiff and a little unnatural, and their tact and sense of humour made it a pleasant experience.

He’s professional and focused on finding me the best job that fits my values and career aspirations, and he went above and beyond to present opportunities that suit my needs.
