Don't use this service…

Do not use this service if you do not want to lose money and time. This is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. The people who work there are not qualified, without education, they do not know the language. There is no customer support service, the delivery people are rude and dirty. They didn't deliver the item on time!! They procrastinated it during a week and missed delivery dates. I took day-off on work to accept the delivery in vain. It is impossible to contact them - no one picks up the phone, no one answers emails, the contact form on the site does not work. Their site was broken and I couldn't create a delivery appointment, but they sent me a link to their broken site 4 times a day instead of fixing it. In the end, I had to reschedule my vacation because of them. Awful service!

worst customer service I ever…

worst customer service I ever experienced. cancelling a delivery on the morning of the delivery day. customer service number not reachable (only mailbox!!!). left mutiple messages via phone and email, no response. again no issue to cancel a delivery for good reason, but communication is not acceptable at all. this was the reason we cancelled the order, so the business behind using this logistics service company lost quite some revenue due to them.

Appalling and incompetent.

Donot use AB Custom. They never phone you to arrange delivery. I ordered a chest of drawers in October, it sat in their Malaga warehouse for 6 weeks, I constantly chased the company MADE as it is impossible to contact AB Custom by phone. I messaged them through the website but they never respond. Then they said my parcel was out for delivery but it never arrived and at 21:00 they updated the website to say delivered. It was not. The following day the website changed to say the item was damaged. So MADE sent me a second chest of drawers, it has been stuck all of January in AB Custom warehouse. They say they called me to arrange delivery but this is a lie. I have cancelled my order as I give up hope of ever receiving it. The service from this company is appalling. I have been waiting 3 months for them to deliver an item to me.

Worst delivery company in the world. Stay away.

Worst delivery company in the world. Horrible service. I`ve been waiting for my purchase for almost 2 months. No knews about where the order is. I have no idea when will it be delivered. Tried to contacto them several times and nothing. No answer. Zero. This is definitely a nightmare. And Kave Home is to be blammed by it also because the miserable service provided by AB custom is well known. If KaveHome was a proper home supply producer it would never work with such a bad logistic company. No excuses. I advise everyone to not buy with them. Go to Ikea or anything else locally. This is to bad to be true.

Horrible service

Horrible service! Noone ever answer the calls in the contact center and they never reply to e-mails.
No clue when I´ll receive my product or if I ever receive it. If I see a delivery is done by abcustoms, I´ll never ever buy the product.

Nothing to be said that is not already…

Nothing to be said that is not already said, you do not want these guys handling anything you own, unfortunately that is exactly what happens when you purchase from Kave Home.

The disregard and deceipt is well documented by others I didn't want them, didn't book them, but unfortunately had to deal with them...

Incompetent, unprofessional and liars!!!

Incompetent, unprofessional and liars!!! They were supposed to deliver my furniture days ago and never showed up. When I finally reached customer support they promised several times they would deliver and I wasted days at home waiting for them to come. Horrible service, they take your money and don’t deliver and don’t care. This company should be sued.

Appalling service

Appalling service. Scheduled a delivery between 1100 and 1300 on 5 August. Waited all day, no delivery, no communication even when I emailed them. Spoke to furniture company and asked them to find out when my delivery would be made. Received another message scheduling delivery between 1600 and 1900 on 9 August. Guess what, no delivery, no communication. They are a useless, lying company who I would happily denounce.

Delivery late or not happening, and no contact!

Been waiting for a parcel that was supposed to arrive between 12h and 15h. No delivery, no contact, nothing. Tried to contact them. No luck, because they don't answer the phone on a weekend, even though they schedule deliveries for Saturdays. To make it worse, someone copied the address incorrectly between the merchant, Vente-Unique, and ABCustoms. This is just ridiculous!
