uncomplicated, friendly and fast

We had a critical Aerotech component that we had repaired by ABC Industrial Parts. Communication was quick and easy. The repair was registered within minutes, and when our component arrived, it was repaired within one working day. Long story short, the component was back in use in no time, and we were able to resume production.

repair of 30 year old relay board

We had a defective Ralay board repaired by a paint booth at ABC Industrial Parts. We couldn't find anyone in Germany who dared to work on this almost 30-year-old part. The repair at ABC went absolutely smoothly and was carried out to our complete satisfaction. The communication was very good, questions were always answered within a few hours.

We are grateful that we were able to get to know the ABC team.

If a customer orders a new item, there are two options: a new item in a closed box or a new item in an opened box. When it concerns an opened box, we always make sure that the item has been tested in order to deliver a fully working device.
