ABC KickStart First Aid Training Reviews 

Excellent, informative training given in a fun and engaging way. I completed mine during current Covid restrictions and felt very safe at all times with everyone wearing masks, the use of individual dummies per person and smaller classes. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I have completed my first aid course with Graham. The course was very informative at the same time very enjoyable with a team effort from Richard!
I was also very comfortable with all the covid restrictions they had put into place to make it safe for everyone.
Will definitely carry on using abc kick-start in the future!

I completed my 1 day paediatric first aid course for nannies this weekend. I want to give Graham along with Rich credit for providing such a great informative course even with Covid restrictions and government guidelines in place.

They ensured that all attending were comfortable with the procedures in place, understood all material and allowed sufficient time for each of us to ask any questions we had. All of this was was done whilst maintaining a fun and enjoyable course whilst being the professionals they are.

Tea and biscuits were also provided to help us through the course.

I have completed my last 3 or 4 first aid courses with ABCkickstart training and will continue to do so in the future, as I know I will enjoy the day/course and will always come away feeling confident I would be able to administer first aid where/when required.

I have been attending first aid courses for years. This was my first one that I had to fund privately as I no longer work for the local borough.

Amazing experience! Great tutor, Graham, who loves Guinness, but did not have any on the day!

Good sense of humour. Due to COVID-19 all the government guidelines were adhered to. We all social distanced during the course.

Each of us was given our own manakins, pads to kneel on the floor and wipes. I think the manakins were gender neutral :)

Presentation was spot on. New information relating to giving first aid in the era of Covid-19 and lockdown was provided.

Tea/ coffee and biscuits were available for all. Request to the team. Next time please have some chocolate hob knobs for attendees with sweet tooth or if you have a good budget, a Margarita pizza would be awesome during lunch! :)

End of session test was very professional and worth doing it as it was a recap of what we had learnt on the day.

Overall 5 stars to course tutor and respective providers. 4.5 stars for biscuits!

This was a great 2 day First Aid course. I have done numerous First Aid courses over the years and this one was by far the best in terms of teaching, information and value. I thoroughly enjoyed it and appreciated the consideration towards personal safety whilst at the course (virus!) and relaxed manner in which the course was delivered. Well done Graham see you in 3 years time!!

I have just completed a 2 day paediatric first aid course with Graham. Not only was the course really informative and well structured, it was also fun and very interactive-something I don’t always experience in training courses. I liked how Graham expanded on topics and also gave real life experiences to really make us think about the importance of first aid. The eye story was a personal favourite! 😊

This is the third time Graham has done our First aid training for me (gosh that’s 9 years) for my small independent nursery. This time it was a little different due to Covid - 19 restrictions, but we were able to still do the practical side, bandaging ourselves, and talking through how to put someone in the recovery position. Graham makes the learning fun and gets everyone involved. I highly recommend ABC kickstart training and will definitely rebook in three years time.

A great course, carefully carried out during the COVID-19 restrictions. Perfect top up training to stay up to date and sure of procedures within a youngster’s environment. The entire course was aimed at people operating in a child led setting. The trainer was concise, very well informed and made the course interesting, informative and with just enough humour to stay focused. I would strongly recommend ABC Kickstart.

I’ve done my paediatric first aid course twice with ABC kickstart training and learnt so much both times . Graham is a fab trainer and teaches you in a way that makes the learning fun. I definitely recommend ABC kickstart training and will definitely rebook when my first aid is due in 3 years time

This was the third time I have used Graham for my first aid training. He explains things well and makes it Fun and enjoyable. My work offer free training with another company however I chose to pay to go to Graham’s class, I know it will be fun and that is the way I learn. Obviously it is a very serious subject, but Graham explains it well and throws in a few jokes too, to make it a bit more light hearted. Highly recommended

Graham and Alison are an absolute pleasure to work with. Their caring and understanding approach is second to none with all training requirements accommodated. All our staff training is conducted in-house in a friendly but professional manner by ABC KickStart. I have completed my First Aid with ABC Kickstart 3 Times now . Graham is fantastic. The training he gives is brilliant - if there is anything you want to go over or re cap he is always willing to do so and takes it at a pace to suit everyone so that everyone understands. He makes you feel very welcome and comfortable during the course.
He is always willing to answer questions people have and he is very patient.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I would 100% use ABC kickstart for my First aid courses again,
I was recommended by a quite a few other people to use them and i’m glad i did.
They were brilliant, informative and made sure that everyone understood all subjects and were very happy to go over the subject again for anyone that needed more info or more time!
Graham made the course enjoyable and made sure that even though it was a Saturday we all still had a little bit of fun when we didn’t have to listen or practice the serious stuff!

Booking was also easy, I personally booked it through Email which i found on their Facebook page and Alison was quick to reply and book me straight on the next available course,
I originally only booked the one day course and found the course so good that I decided to book on to the following week and get the full 12hr course under my belt :-)

I always use ABC Kickstart for my company's first aid training. They are always so helpful, polite and professional. I always manage to get my staff on a course which are based locally to us. The cost of the courses are very reasonable which mean alot to me as I'm a small company and need affordable staff training. The course meets Ofsted requirements and are informative and interesting.
