I am totally satisfied with this company. A homeopath from India wrote the prescription for me They were all liquids and some strengths are not available in USA. A very kind gentleman from ABC Homeopathy converted everything to nearest US equivalents but asked me to get approval from my doctor. The doctor approved everything. I am not happy with your service.
When I have order the medicine it went through smoothly, but after two days someone called me and notified me that two of the orders are not available, it needs to be brought from the other vendors.
WHP is more professional than yours.

I do not have problem with the medicine coming from a different vendor but I did not like it when it happens after the ordered is placed. Now you have clarified it and I am ok with it.

The person I need to speak to about this is not yet in the office. It appears the Urtica Urens tincture you ordered is not available from Boiron at this time. Boiron do not notify of stock changes ahead of time, so (in common with other vendors) we couldn't have known this at the time you ordered.
However, it sounds like we have sourced and offered you the same product (urtica urens Q) from a different lab (Schmidt - Nagel) and we're processing your order on that basis. If this is not an acceptable substitution for you (and by your review, I guess it's not) , please contact us through the order page link you were emailed at the time of ordering (i.e. not here).

Shipping could be a lot faster
Shipping could be a lot faster. Medicines came almost 7 days after ordering, not fun for someone who in desperate pain waiting for these.

Their service is horrible, they don’t respond to messages and you can’t track your package.
They claim delivery takes approximately 7 days, it’s over 7 days and I don’t have an idea if the product is missing or being slow.
I won’t be buying from them anymore.
