Why did you send me little pieces of plastic ?

A few minor details kept it from being flawless. Would still recommend.

Bought $300 worth of stuff, and for all the "waterproof and non tarnish/tarnish resistant" to tarnish IMMEDIATELY. And break easy as well as the amount of bending that the rings have. VERY disappointed, i loved all the designs too unfortunately. will not buy again, BEWARE, THESE TARNISH AND STAIN EASY!!!

Very very cheap quality. I made a big order and almost everything either broke or tarnished within a few days. Customer service was able to give me back credit, but very disappointing. The “sterling silver” ring tarnished in less than a week, 2nd ring broke, third ring a diamond fell off, and this beautiful pearl bracelet broken in less than 3 weeks. Earrings are okay but tarnished fast and got green.

The prices were fair for the quality, and the quality of the products themselves are amazing! Shipment takes about a week and none of the packages I’ve gotten were mistreated. I will keep shopping there for more jewelry.

There's so many beautiful pieces to choose from! But any of them are a good choice in my book. They're all very flattering.

I've ordered gifts for my wife and sisters several times from this shop and always been happy with the experience. This most recent time my address auto filled incorrectly and after emailing them trying to get it fixed, they replied within minutes letting me know that the issue had been fixed. It's rare to find customer service that good anywhere.

My jewelry came in a timely manner along with a gift of earing backs, something I desperately needed. Everything is beautiful! I only take away one star because the chain of my necklace is losing its gold coating. It is very, very hot and humid right now in Louisiana, so I understand that sweat can do that. But it isn't any less beautiful, and I love wearing it.

I like how easy the website is to use and after placing an order I'm sent emails confirming the order then on the shipping of my items. I like being able to track them so I know when to expect them.
