Rob and Jack installed all new windows on the ground floor. They were friendly, professional, and worked quickly (got the job done a day early!) Cleaned up after themselves and were a delight to have. Would highly recommend them and Abbey.

From a very bad experience of unprofessional workmanship and substandard merchandise from a window company we was having to find another company to replace the substandard windows and door that had been installed. Well we cannot sing their praises enough, what a little gem of a company within our area, Abbeywindowsanddoors.com top quality merchandise as well as workmanship from start to finish. They had extra work involved rectifying the past windows company shoddy workmanship and managed to achieve successfully a first class service with a smile, nothing was to much trouble for them, which we greatly appreciated, we are over the moon with our new windows and doors. Usual efficient service from Abbey Windows. Rob and Jack arrived on schedule, worked very hard and had our new French Door installed in no time at all. They left the area clean and tidy and we are very pleased with a first class job.

Jobs started Oct to be completed by December.. 3 attempts to fix a leaky roof.. still awaiting job to be finished... small conservatory’s to be built. Wall & glass sides.. should of been straight forward. Lack of communication. May have said Xmas 2021.... poor customer service. Please note none of the issues is COVID related

After using others companies from outside the area in the past, I tried abbey windows as it was local but unfortunately didn't work out well.

To many people involved in the process, people chacing payment after i have called to pay and finally finish not great with some damaged to wall and tiles left.

Did report it and was told someone will come and check but they cancelled last minute!

In all not great!

Excellent service, Rob and Jaz completed an outstanding job and they left the premises clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend them if you are thinking of having your windows installed.

We just had Rob and Jack install 4 windows and a sliding door. They did an excellent job. Very efficient, polite and tidy. Highly recommend!

I ordered a new door and window, It started so well. Great price. Great salesman and a relatively quick process. The installer was good as well.

It’s now gone horribly wrong. They installed the door but the letter box specified in the order is missing. We’ve agreed that they will replace the letter box next week. I have clearly said I will pay the bill at this point.

Despite the fitting being incomplete, they are demanding payment. Both the contract and Consumer Rights Act are really clear, no payment is due until they have completed the installation and delivered a door that meets the specifications in the order. After some arguing they agreed but have come back again demanding I pay 97% of the final bill. Thus asking me to go against the terms in their
own contract and what’s set out in consumer law.

Added to this, the unhelpful and rude attitude of its office staff really lets this company down and is making this whole situation worse

I’m sticking to my guns and have taken legal advice. Abbey really need to take a close look at how they handle it when they get things wrong.

If the measure of a company is how they manage the situation when things go wrong ... I’ll be avoiding this one in the future.

Would totally recommend this company - we had an issue with the sales person who visited our home but this was overcome by the office a couple of days later. We ordered a composite front door which is amazing - service from measuring to fitting was outstanding and the finish of the door far surpassed our initial expectations
