I requested a quote regarding a revised period of insurance. You gave me the terms and conditions which I already am aware of this. As we are selling the house we are not aware at this point when that will be and leaving Cyprus.

The team in Paphos office are always friendly and helpful whether via phone call, email or in person in the office. Greeted at the door and directed to the right person for your needs. Can have a friendly chat whilst sorting insurance making it a pleasant experience. Any questions or problems are always dealt with efficiently and professionally. Been with them for almost 10 years apart from one year when was employed by another but I soon returned to Abbeygate. I would def recommend Abbeygate for all your insurance requirements.

Quick efficient and a good price too ..cover is good and claims handling excellent.... Staff are very helpful and can always match or beat any alternative like for like quote. My only beef if you can call it that is that renewals are demanded 4 weeks early.. but overall experience is second to none

I have been with Abbeygate for 8 years now for my car and my house, and have been consistently pleased with the personable service and care. This week I got two different travel insurances, and spoke once to Dany and once to Eden. Both were efficient, professional and took the time to understand and answer my questions. The prices are very competitive. I recommend 100%.

Myself and my husband have been with Abbeygate Cyprus with regard to our car insurance since our relocation from UK to here in 2007. The service has always been very professional and the premiums are always competitive. Unfortunately I have had need to claim (through no fault of my own) and it was dealt with with speed and efficiency. Now our daughter also uses Abbeygate for her own insurance. A bonus is that being an expat there is no problem with communication as all staff speak perfect English and I believe most are expats themselves.
