I spent what I consider a fortune on…

I spent what I consider a fortune on fittings to repair a bag which had a broken tuck lock. I bought 4 locks to make up the min order spending, with p+p and vat over forty quid. Two of the items were supplied without the correct fastenings and none of them fitted the thickness of leather I needed to fasten to. I emailed back on their CS email to ask if I could return them and was ignored (its over two weeks now). I have since been able to repair the bag using a fitting for a tenth of the outlay. I just wish I'd never found this unpleasant, rude company, let alone spent money with them.
