The good- excellent communication and if you have a problem just phone them!!!! Clean cab , great drivers, sometimes not so chatty but pleasant.
The bad- Airport run always a busy one. When arrive back from holiday. Waiting on level 1 carpark entrance would be more helpful or even in the terminal. Not just sat in the carAfter 11 hours flight we were shattered
The Ugly- Driving home in the cold!!!! 😂

Poor questionable service.

So much for the so-called five-star Google reviews. I booked a cab to be dropped off at Northwick Park Hospital on 26th January 2026 at 12:48 p.m. for the 27th January at 4am for £8.00.

I received the confirmation email that it was booked, and I also received a text at 02:50 am confirming the pickup. At precisely 03:20am, I received a call from Abbey Cars saying that they do not have any drivers for 4am but can do 4:30am. I said fine. He repeated, 'You want it at 4:30? 'I said yes. He then said, 'I'm so sorry, but it will be £12.00,' so I told him to just cancel the booking.

Why the sudden price increase from £8 to £12 just for a 30-minute time difference when the road is dead quiet with no traffic at that time? The time had only changed because you could not honour my booking for 4am; your fault, not mine.

This was the first time I had booked a cab with Abbey Cars, and I only did this because of the "good reviews", so this was very disappointing service from them. They say this on their website: 'Looking for a reliable minicab in Pinner? 'Well, Abbey Cars, you are anything but "reliable".

Surely you saw the booking (to attend a hospital) you had since the afternoon the day before to check to see whether you had available drivers, but you waited until 40 minutes before the booking to call and tell me you can't do the pickup. You say you are a 24/7 service, but obviously you are not. I question the glowing 5-star Google reviews.

Never in all my years have I had a cab firm behave in this way. Your service is appalling, and I do not recommend you, and I will never book a cab with you ever again. If I could, I would give you zero stars.
