Inadequate stove advised

We were advised that a 5KW stove would be adequate to heat our hall of 168 cubic meters. This was installed in December 2019. The workmanship was excellent but the stove was totally inadequate to heat the space. Covid followed and then the Ukraine war last year when everyone was demanding stoves. We didn't raise a complaint until now. Two days ago I had arranged for the business owner to visit and see what could be done. He arrived over an hour late, kept making excuses and eventually said 'The plan was merely to take the chill off'. This is nonsense.
Maybe he could rectify the situation but I so distrust him now that I would never allow him back in this house.
