Abattery Reviews 

I have ordered some makita batteries advertised as genuine which arrived in 5 days . They are fake and now I am trying to get a refund which is looking very doubtful at the moment

I feel some of the other reviews are unfair. I ordered a replacement battery from Abattery which I couldn’t find anywhere else. Whenever I contacted them they replied promptly and the battery arrived after around two weeks. This is a long time compared with the big giants but given it was a niche product, I can’t complain.

Extremely Delayed Delivery though they did respond to say it would be late.Delivered an incorrect model. Now have not responded to my request to return. Feels like a scam.

Τhe product is working very well and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered a laptop cable on the 14/9/22 and received an email (not automatic) the next day stating the order will be sent 'asap'. The payment was taken but to date no cable. I could not email them back as my laptop would not work as the recharge cable was needed. I could not locate a telephone number to call them.
As I needed laptop access urgently I ordered one via Amazon and once the laptop was up and running I emailed abattery. Still waiting!

Excellent service kept up to date on delivery etc. Ordered two batteries for different cameras no issues what so ever. Would recommend if looking for those older batteries in particular

Ordered a Sony Cyber Shot T9 battery, paid for on 19 August, at first I thought this was a mistake, however, I have deleted my first review. Battery arrived today 5 September. Awarded 4 stars only, would of given 5 stars if contact with this company was easier. Recommended, but give them at least 14 days to deliver.

Well l where do I start, got messed around on my first order, offered 20% off next order-did not honour the agreement!!

Second order went well so I can’t complain.

Third order, told by their CS that I’d ordered wrong batteries, sent them the confirmation after basically been made to look like I’m thick and a liar. Request a refund then got a begging email asking me “not to do this they need my help”? Then I requested them to honour the 20% discount they said I could have, emailed me to say they would refund me?!!

I feel these items ard not genuine, they are manufacturing these to look identical to the genuine Makita batteries.

I’m disgusted the way these foreign companies set up a bogus English one to filter through dodgy goods, maybe it’s going to be better to report this through the Ombudsman? Very very unhappy 😡🤬

I ordered Makita batteries for the first time on this site. But I did not receive an order confirmation in the mail. The money was withdrawn instantly. A day later, I still haven't received a letter. I started looking for information about the site on the Internet and saw that the reviews are very sad. I wrote to support, they answered pretty quickly. After 2 days I received the order that I ordered. The only downside is that there is no order confirmation email.

Ordered a battery end of May and it's already stopped working. Have tried to contact the company but no reply.

Ordered batteries on 5/7/22 but was concerned as no order or email confirmation arrived and tried to email company without success. I then, and only then, read similar negative reviews here on trustpilot and assumed I had been scammed. To my delight batteries arrived 2 days later, well packaged and now charged and fully operational. Happy and greatly relieved. This is my first ever review on trustpilot and I hope this company can prove its authenticity to others. So, in summary a top quality performance spoilt by poor order process.

Only read the reviews after I had purchased a Mikita battery, my heart sank I thought thats the last I would see of my money. 3 days later the battery arrive .Yet to try it out but so far so good. In my case it's a good battery for a great price.

The battery is definitely a fake, used a few times without a problem so not too much to complain about.

The prices looked too good to be true. Checked on here (Trustpilot) before placing an order and low and behold it turns out to be a scam site. Thanks to those who left a review and stopped me from getting scammed too!

The money for a Makita battery was taken immediately .7.6.22 . No confirmation was sent, no explanation or means of contacting them.
The company address seems to be a shell. This is theft by any other name.

Scam Company - Avoid
No email confirmation after order placed, money debited from account on 30/05/2022 for new laptop battery and nothing received and no way of contacting company.

Haven’t received yet.

I placed an order on 17/05/2022 for £55.97 payment left the bank on 18/05/2022

The order was for 2 x 18V/27WH/LI-ION Power Tools Battery for HITACHI BSL1815X Compatible

Haven’t received yet spent £50 on a decent 91wh battery for laptop “reduced from £100” no confirmation receipt but of an odd purchase I hope it’s not a full scam ordered 3 days ago
