Poor customer service
The order arrived reasonably quickly, but I requested a return as the product did not match the image in the advert. The studs on the side were different from those shown.
I submitted a return request, but the process has been excessively slow. When I finally received a response, I was instructed to take the item to a shop with a return label. It is not reasonable to expect someone to transport a sofa to a shop, and there are no locations in my area that would accept a parcel of that size.
I am still trying to arrange a collection, despite the company’s website and return policy clearly stating that returns are accepted, which I confirmed before placing the order. I would not use this business again.
