Aaron Terence Hughes Fine Fragrance Reviews 

My personal experience with this brand has been amazing. I’m obsessed either way tabac and tabac extreme. My only gripe is that I wish it didn’t sell out so quick and was more readily available. But the fragrance is beautiful. Unique, strong, long lasting. Fair price for the quality. Fast delivery too.

Fantastic fragrances. Long lasting and super projecting! I had an issue with an atomiser for one of the perfumes. I contacted customer services, they emailed over a shipping label and sent out a replacement within a few days. Even chucked in a few samples as well. Thank you so much!

For me this is the best fragrance house on the market, high quality scents, amazing projection and longevity and have to say the team is top class!! They have always looked after me and my partner, will always support aaron and his team 🦄

I have 10 of ATH's fragrances (and four samples) and heres my thoughts..
There is an obvious quality about them, I have over 30 colognes in my collections, both designer and niche, and his are definately in the niche bracket. I do think there is a bit of overlapping with a few of them, Hard Candy, Hard Candy Elixir, Notorious and Sl*t all smell similar and owning one makes the others not needed in my opinion. All of them smell incredible for what its worth.

I've seen a few negative reviews on here regarding customer service, however the one time i've had a query it was dealt with promptly and with no issue what so ever.

I like ATH Fragrances overall and will continue to buy them.

Amazing service from the ATH Team. I recently ran out of HCE which I wanted for use for a Saturday night out. I contacted them ahead of tje restock to see if they could help me out. They replied in a few hours saying "they had me covered" and sent me a payment link. The bottle of HCE arrived at 1130 Saturday morning.
Superb Service.

What can I say, absolutely outstanding perfumery with top class fragrances. I have lost count of the amount of compliments I have received whilst wearing ATH. Onyx extreme is like nothing I have ever smelt and I would be devastated if it was ever discontinued. I have an expansive collection including such brands as Ormonde Jayne, MFK and Nishane. I would choose ATH any day of the week and without throwing too much shade, would never waste my money on the likes of Tom Ford ever again. Delivery has always been prompt and I love the goodies they send when new fragrances are launched. Just recently I made a mistake with my order and Apple Pay auto filled my previous address 200 miles away. ATH corrected this immediately and without any fuss. My package arrived the next day and just in time for my holiday. I love everything about this brand and would recommend to anyone who wants a high class, well made, niche scent that will have people noticing you from across the room.

Ive only discovered the house recently and I’ve placed multiple orders over the past these few months from small to large without ever a hitch. All bottles have been packed neatly and carefully. Any email that I have ever sent, and there have been a few because I ask a lot of questions lol, have always been met with a prompt response, friendliness and professionalism.
This is easily my favorite house and I am looking forward to the new releases. Do I expect issues to arise? Of course as that’s par for the course. But I am fully confident that they will be addressed.

Due to a a mishandling of my order by the shipping company my bottle of ‘Hard Candy’ arrived broken. I informed ATH and a replacement bottle was sent as soon as they could, the guys at ATH were communicative and friendly.

Needless to say, ATH care for their customers and it shows. Their products are packaged beautifully and ‘Hard Candy’ smells amazing.

Will 100% be ordering from them again. 🔥

Aaron is an artist and a special perfumer.
My first order before Brexit came fast and with goodies to Germany, the second one after Brexit was problematic with Forward2Me but ATH have been top !

I totally agree with reviews about terrible services when things go wrong, as seems the hype has got to the brand, and they seem to forget customers make brands who they are, stop buying from ATH due to terrible customer services so beware,

I'm delighted with my purchase from Aaron Terence Hughes website! He is a topnotch perfumer! Customer service was excellent too.

Customer service is shocking. I was sent the wrong fragrance which I opened without looking so they refused to take it back which is fine but then when I explained that the item I received was half the price of the item I paid for and simply wanted back what I’d over paid I was ignored. Never will I buy from them again.

I bought a 50ml of Notorious and it arrived broken, and the fragrance spilled into the box it came in. Despite numerous attempts to try to contact the company, with pictures and videos evidence sent, I was ignored and had to raise a case with PayPal.
There's no disputing how good the fragrances are, but if anything goes wrong, expect to be ignored by Aaron Terrence Hughes, which is EXTREMELY disrespectful to someone who was once a loyal customer. This has put me off ever buying from them again, and I've made almost 20 purchases from them.

Fantastic fragrances without a doubt, been on ATH journey since inception. ATH has come along way, unfortunately agree with other reviewer the customer service is lacking and they just dont respond. In the good old days you could contact Aaron directly now you have to contact their mythical unicorns, and believe me they are mythical.

Got the discovery set and came well packaged and presented nothing damaged and arrived fast. The fragrances were amazing I highly recommend supernova and hard candy elixir.

Incredible experience! I booked an in-store shopping experience with Alex and I was truly blown away! Alex was very attentive, knowledgeable and professional, and allowed us the time to go through each perfume in the line. He explained the ingredients in each perfume and allowed us to sample as much as we liked for as long as we liked. Alex was so fantastic at his job that he managed to figure out which perfumes I would like from the ATH collection based on what I currently like, and my reception to the perfumes I smelled. I picked up several perfumes on the day, with a collection of 49 perfumes across niche and designer- but I have never had an experience like I had at Aaron Terrence Hughes. This is a must try experience unlike any other and I will 100% be back. Thank you Alex and ATH!

Why don't you care about your customers? I've spent close to £1000 with your company in the past 12 months and I've sent COUNTLESS emails trying to obtain a fragrance that you have recently decided to discontinue and they have all been IGNORED! DISGRACE!!!!!

Ordered Oud Noir on Sunday night, came in this morning (Tuesday). Wow is all I can say! Smart bottle, AMAZING fragrance and sillage and I think he even signed off the packaging!!!
