Manager in Mount Holly, NJ store

Gil or Dil the manager in Mount Holly, NJ store needs to fix the way he talks to customers regardless if they are late or not with payments. He does not have good customer service skills at all & doesn't care about the reason of non payment. In a roundabout way he was calling me a liar about my situation, his comments were nasty, I am so tempted to get in touch with Aaron's headquarters in Atlanta and I probably will. He had no business talking to me like he did. Very unprofessional! Needs an attitude adjustment. And of course he assumed he knew everything about my situation and even voiced his opinion.

Been a loyal customer for years

Been a loyal customer for years. Today I called because my Xbox Series X controller is worn out from use. These folks didn't even question the issue. They are literally delivering me a new one within two days. This business, despite what ANYONE says or HAS HEARD, provides the FINEST customer service of ANY business I have EVER worked with. Hands down. Drop the mic. Biddeford Aarons are the unequivocal elite.

I bought a washer and dryer and two chairs from errands when I ask for a receipt to be sent to me in the mail to show me how much more I owe they never sent the receipt. They always told me over the phone and every time I ask for a receipt to be sent in the mail and I know that the washer and dryer should be paid off. And the chairs as well the chairs that they give me was not the chairs I picked out my mothers chair was sort of new and in good condition and they brought me a piece of 💩 for a chair however I have now made the chair comfortable for my fat ass to sit in. The vibrator was broken when I got the chair the washer and dryer works fine, well the dryer does have its downfalls certain things. It will dry certain things it will not they come last week and they came today knocking on my door, wanting washer and dryer back and chairs. Of course I have paid so much on the washer and dryer and chairs. I am not giving them back. Poor customer service, poor quality of furniture. My suggestion to anyone do not be temperament, or go out and say things to lamb that maybe held against you depending on your state my state has a note for it lol meaning they can be threatened all they want nothing they can do about it however I will not threaten them. It is not a good ideal my suggestion is not to answer the door or if you are outside turn around walk inside lock the door and pretend locked the SOB’s are not there Also, remember if they come into your house on invited you have the right to defend yourself and your property. Don’t wanna go any further with that best thing is to play like you cannot hear them 💩 Company

Don't buy from these people

Why is it that Aaron's furniture in Hobbs can't hire competent people. I have had (4) repair dates and no one has showed. They do not do their jobs. Obviously they don't write down information and take care of their clients. The biggest problem is all they want to do is collect money on the carbage they sell. I will not make another payment until my repairs are done. I had mice which ate cords. They said until I have proof the exterminator had removed them, they WOULD Not repair anything. I called on March 26,27,28th. I told them I had my receipt showing the exterminator had been here and the problem was solved. Was rescheduled for the 29th. No show again. I called the same day because they were to be here between 4-7 . At which time I was left on hold for 15 minutes at which time the manager (?) came on the phone was extremely rude and hateful. Ever time I called with the information, I was left on hold anywhere from 15 minutes to 39 minutes. I finally hung up on him. Their employees are incompetent and don't know what they are doing. I now have to replace part of my carpet in the hallway and half if my kitchen floor. How hard is it to write down a message and show up for appointments. If necessary I will contact a lawyer and you people will be paying for all my replacement and trips to the laundry mat. My oven is not working either. Thank God for microwaves and slow cookers. Enough is enough!!!!

The store on 22nd and North Bergen has horrendous customer service. The staff thinks they are there to pass the time. The staff thinks they have authority to make interior design choices and really I don’t like their bad breath on my items of choice. It’s a cheap and poorly influenced decision making process. The furniture they bring is damaged. The calls go in circles just so the ignorant staff feel equivalent. They are horrible. They don’t know their place. I’m not here to provide therapy nor baby sit people who were not equipped with etiquette and brains when being raised up.

Disgusting and Childish Thieves

where do i start.. my wife and i have done business with aarons for over 15 years but after stealing money from my wifes account we are very seriously considering no longer doing business with them. my wife is furious with mike, the manager at the decatur, alabama store who decided to not only take her off of easy pay and not notify her of what he did, then he took her payments but also took it upon himself to take over $14 more dollars for a LATE CHARGE ? ARE YOU SERIOUS or just crooked? i am also furious with them because for one, that was an extremely low down dirty trick considering the fact that we have NEVER been late on ANY of our payments by no means. We have even made our payments early back before you ever required this autopay which is ridiculous. heck my wife has even been given the title of preffered customer or whatever you call it. in my opinion this dirty trick is both disgusting and childish on your part I dont care what your reason is. I called corporate and gave them full details about what happened and was given a refference/ticket number and was told to expect a call within 24Hrs so we waited but no call so i called them back and gave them the refference number only to be told that the case was closed without any notice. the worker opened it back up and again i was told to wait another 24Hrs for a call that at this time am quite sure wont come. know this, screwing with me and ripping me off is one thing but when you mess with one of my loved ones, making them cry only fuels my anger like poking the bear in the cage. I wont tolerate it, especially when we have given you so many years of business and have never been late and have paid off so many items. No excuses i want the $14.75 that was stolen from my wifes account put back with an apology from mike plus i want him reprimanded for his actions and whoever else was involved in this. I aint done yet, this will be reported to the BBB and a few more places. I dont want any excuses in a reply to my review, just give her the extra money you took. I dont care if its just the $14.75. she owed $105.23 for her 2 payments and paid it but the $14.75 rightfully belongs to her. you know who we are and you have both our phone numbers and before you call stating youy have to talk to her just know that i am over both mine and her account. Out of fairness you do right by her and my respect will be restored with Aarons but with me , respect is earned not given.

Ripoff, incompetence

WHAT WENT WRONG THIS TIME?? MUST GET ALOT OF BAD REVIEWS, I know for sure I'll never rent from you again, YOU promised to take a full month's rent pymnt at the end of my lease, NOW you want proof of the filthy, scratched up refrigerator you gave me?? Now you want a video? I advise people to rent elsewhere where they're competent and don't steal their money, rotten company that doesn't keep their promises.

Great service

I was in need of a riding lawn mower, but unable to afford several thousand dollars to purchase one up front. I have used Aarons in the past for purchasing various other items, so I thought I would take a chance to see if they carried riding lawn mowers. They in fact do! I called the local Moline Illinois store and set up to lease to own a brand-new John Deere riding lawn mower very quickly and easily! Delivery was fast, and Billy and Kevin took the time to not only fill the gas tank prior to delivery, but they also took the time to make sure I fully understood how to operate the mower and to actually wait while it was started up to make sure I could run it easily. Very, very pleased with my overall experience.

Customer service is seriously lacking

Customer service is seriously lacking, found a couch and TV stand,only to have both delivered a week after than promised. Then to our dismay the couch has holes in the side, TV stand has parts missing. Goodwill will be the next step for these 2 items or the dump. What is wrong with this store and it's management team.

Bad bussiness.

I’m write about experience. I had got approve for lawnmower. They did the agreement. The manager at the store cancel my order because they charge double when online at Aaron with the first money half price. they can keep at store. Charge you full month of rent for when it on line for have price. For first month. So she cancel my order . So I will be with my lawyer to file a civil complaint. The same lawnmower they charge 10,000 for I got of line for 1800 dollars. It sad you all get over on people. For some you buy cheap charge people double. I never seen anybody I know up to Hiram ga . Or Douglasville to do any bussiness.

They were very nice to us

They were very nice to us. They showed each item let us play around the store showed us a great experience. They were very professional Mount Sterling KY they only problem I have experienced here was the person they hired was stealing money and they dealt with it professionally and courtesy and called to have maintain man come out to fix my recliner and they guy never called or cane out and still it hasnt been fixed.... That been my only problem with them. They worked with us treated us great i love the store we have they dealt with it called customers and warned them and dealt with it very proud of my store

Horrible experience!!!

First they drilled holes all the way through each corner of a kitchen tabletop of a set I ordered. Then the dishwasher I ordered, there were nothing but problems. The employees were unprofessional! I will not recommend this place to anyone!!
