Our Carbonator started leaking gas, so I reached out to Aarke’s customer service. After sharing some videos, photos and emails, it quickly became clear that a repair wouldn’t be the best solution. Throughout the whole process, the customer service team responded incredibly fast and was always very helpful and friendly.
They even offered a very generous discount on a new Carbonator — which I happily used, as I truly love the product.
Highly recommend both the Carbonator and Aarke’s excellent support!

After owning a Aarke carbonator 3, for a little over a year, it stopped working. I contacted Aarke and dealt with Monika and Maria. They were both extremely helpful, and after I had sent them a video of the problem, they agreed it could not be resolved remotely, so they replaced my unit. Fantastic customer service. Aarke Carbonator Pro broke after 18 months of use. Took off the cover and it turns out that there is an obvious design flaw with the mechanism that pushes up the bottle cover. Aarke customer service has been no help and while I've been able to make a repair of sorts, this has only last a few months at best. Think carefully before buying one of these: they're great when they work, but they don't work for long.

We’ve been using our Aarke soda maker for about three years now and have always been super happy with it. Recently, our nozzle started to come loose, and even though our warranty had already expired, the Aarke support team was incredibly kind and helpful.
They responded very quickly, explained the situation clearly, and even offered us a 50% discount code for a new Carbonator 3 — that’s outstanding customer service!

Looks great and works well now. However, the initial steel hopper had a misaligned thread meaning the filter granules were visible in the filtered water. I contacted the customer services team and another hopper was sent for free. This also was defectively put together but luckily the combination of the two worked. Pretty lucky and good customer service but I wonder if this speaks to a fragile design and manufacturing challenge.

I can’t say anything about the Aarke Carbonator 3 itself because I never got to use it — I decided to return it shortly after ordering. Unfortunately, the experience with Aarke’s customer support has been terrible. I started the return process more than a week ago and, despite sending several reminder emails, I still haven’t received a return label or my money back. I feel completely ignored — no replies, no updates, nothing. It honestly feels like being ghosted, and I’m starting to feel betrayed as a customer.
I expected much better service from a brand like Aarke. Until they fix their support and return process, I cannot recommend buying from them.
EDIT 21.11.2025: Since Aarke provided the shipping label and I sent back the product, it has now been 14 days and still the refund is not processed. This truely feels like scam and I need to consider taking legal steps now ... I strongly advise not buying from that shop due to a terrible customer service.

I ordered glasses but unfortunately there was a glass slightly damaged.
First I was a little disappointed but when I contacted the support, I’ve got a reply super quickly with the offer to choose which solution suits best.
It was friendly, fast, and uncomplicated communication and two very very fair options.

I’ve had my Carbonator Pro for 2 years. It started having issues that I couldn’t resolve on my own. Customer service was extremely responsive, helped walked me through troubleshooting, which was unsuccessful, and they’re replacing my unit. Quick and easy! I’ve been encouraging friends to switch to Aarke rather than constantly buying cans of sparkling water and I’ll continue to do so!!

The logistics company GSL didn't provide any information about the shipment. I could see via the tracking service that the package had been delivered to my hometown. Then nothing further happened until the package was returned to Aarke... What a mess! 🙈
Warte time, waste money..a disaster to climate and nature.
I can only recommend switching to a different service.
My experience whit this delivery Service allways ended in anger.
