Ordered a raised toilet seat. Wrong size was sent however I called them and Robert said he would order up the correct size and send to me straight away. It arrived 5days later. Super customer service. Would use again in a heartbeat. The appliance was a very good price compared with buying locally!
I recently purchased a Monarch Genie mobility scooter through one of AAL’s group companies ‘Enable Living’ (Enable Living do have a website of their own). So far the experience has been a very good one. Communication was great ( many thanks Robert) and the delivery was excellent, on time , and by a friendly, polite and helpful driver who even helped my daughter carry it indoors, (they don’t as a rule have to do this ) The price was very competitive, even though I also purchased a spare battery it all still came in cheaper than anywhere else for just the scooter (V.A.T exempt). So for the moment it is 5 stars, I don’t envisage needing to drop this rating in the future 🤞.
