Disappointing change in payment transparency and commitment
I have enjoyed my time as an interpreter with AA Global and take great pride in the service I provide. The team is friendly, and the work is rewarding.
However, I am concerned regarding recent changes to payment schedules. Despite prior verbal confirmations that work completed in one month would be paid at the start of the next, my January payments have been delayed until March. This contradicts what was previously agreed upon and practiced.
While I value the work, clear and consistent communication regarding remuneration is essential for a professional partnership. I hope the company can improve its transparency to ensure interpreters feel respected and valued.Is anyone that had issues regarding the payment ? Please advice !
